The only complaint that I have is that the room I stayed in did not have a fridge. Other than that the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are extremely nice! No carpet! Love the bathrooms! Overall, the hotel is a must!

Really nice stuff and the guy working at night saved his really amazing. He was a great guy and good customer service that you can ever expect from anyone. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I appreciate it with my family.

Great spot near the rail station and lots of other restaurants and shops to pass your time. Sabrina at the Watt Hotel, gave us excellent and friendly service with a smile. Ask for her and tell her the girls from Houston sent you. She's awesome!

We used to like to stay here on out way to NYC, as the hotel used to be quiet and conveniently located at the train station. But the last visit was really disappointing due to very loud neighbors playing techno music with low bass vibrating our room until midnight (despite attempts by hotel personnel to calm them down).

Stayed here with my wife while attending a nearby family function. Very nice accommodations with a top notch bar with music. Very clear, in a good area for many good food options. Good parking and courteous staff, overall a had a very good stay

The property was beautiful, i just wish that for the price i paid for my room that a microwave or tefrigerator was included. Also i paid for bottle waters downstairs and brought them to the room; however when the turn down service was completeed while i was out they took my water bottles and only left the ones i had drank from. Even though i had paid for them . It was probably a simple mistake but it should be something they are a bit more aware of in the future. Overall the stay was quiet pleasant and the staff was pleasant as well.

The hotel is nice but no fridge or microwave in the room. I requested a fridge and no shelves were in it. The lighting in the room ****** and even though i adjusted the heat the room was still freezing cold and I guess it was one of those "smart" thermostats so it kept lighting up if you moved whole sleeping which was annoying and it auto adjusted the temperature as well. And you have to pay for parking. I wouldn't stay again.
