The room, bathroom, and walk-in closet are extremely small. The toilet door is located in the middle of a single bed, only a distance for one person to pass by. It is very clean and hygienic; the window faces the open-air swimming pool in the courtyard; our room On the front desk of the hotel, the ground level of the room is a bit low; the corridor is very narrow, and there are three doors in the corner of our room, which are very close to each other. The rooms are well soundproofed, and they do not disturb each other. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket 7 or 8 minutes away.

I’m very impressed with this BW hotel. It was clean , well furnished, excellent location & the staff were brilliant. Without fail the staff were friendly, helpful, professional. & appeared to enjoy working at this BW. The breakfast was excellent & loved the fact that there were proper teapots available. Great location within easy walking distance of the station & many local attractions. Lostwithiel is a real gem overlooked by many

Our third visit and once again enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the hotel and the town. It's a great base for touring the delights of Cornwall. Great breakfast choice and many places to eat locally (hotel restaurant was closed the week we went). Swimming pool and loungers if you want to relax at the hotel (though pool was very cold this time due to boiler issues)_

Great for pets; super accommodation; very clean; exceptionally friendly and helpful staff; lots of parking; excellent breakfasts; nice bar; outdoor heated pool(!) and great location for lots of sightseeing.

Nice hotel in Lostwithiel very convenient for trips out. Room was adequate had most things you would need. The breakfast was very nice with a reasonable choice. There is a swimming pool but didn’t use due to the time of year but a great added bonus. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel.

Could not fault this place, all the facilities you need. Great location to get around Cornwall. Pool heated and a great addition. Rooms are clean. Staff friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of free parking. Walking distance into the nicest little town. Would 100% stay here again.
