"We spent 6 nights at Penrose with our 3 dogs. The room was large and had lots of space for the dogs beds. The bed was comfy and was a good size. The on suite was very spacious and had everything you needed as the had a supply of shampoo and bodywash in the shower. On the second floor there is a snug where you can watch dvds and read and its a nice place to chill. The breakfast was amazing. Food cooked to high standard. With a range of teas/cereals/breads to choose from. I really liked the decor of the breakfast room. It was very nicely decorated and had nice artwork on the walls. The decor of the B and B I enjoyed as well. Lots of artwork and lots of Heidi's pictures around which some you could buy. You could also buy some home made jam, marmalade and chutneys. We got some jam and it was scrummy. Thank you Chris and Heidi for such a wonderful time at Penrose. I am sure we will return. "

"We went to Lerryn for Saturday lunch to celebrate my father’s birthday, warm and welcoming and really lovely staff. All of the food was delicious , but the homemade fish pie was the best I’ve ever eaten and I choose that wherever I go if it’s offered. Thank you all for memorable afternoon, our whole family highly recommend The Ship Inn Lerryn."
