My expectations of the Springtime British Airways hotel/flight deal were surpassed, both by the quality of the accommodation, generous breakfasts and professional, friendly staff. The location beside St Brelades wide, sandy, clean beach with high tides and the promenade walk is delightful, viewable and accessible from the public areas. Rooms are well equipped, WIFI, showers in baths, black out curtains, generally well insulated and very comfortable, especially the beds. Good car parking adjacent, bus stop opposite and long or short walks beside the beach. This represents old fashioned hospitality with quality catering and service, a high end evening restaurant or adjacent alternatives and the best of pro-active staff teamwork. Pleasantly quiet out of season.

From arrival to leaving we were treated like royalty! Pre-arrangements for our private dining experience were so easy and it went perfectly and having a suite for family to congregate together with our young granddaughter was perfect. The afternoon tea was also superb as was the meal in the Grill restaurant. The pool and spa were lovely. Thank you to all at the hotel for making our special stay so memorable.

Another fabulous stay - the themed evening by Villa Saletta was excellent a truly memorable evening. The staff are always extremely helpful and obviously the location is perfect.

Superb location. There are bus stops right outside the hotel making it very easy to explore the island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our favourite place to visit! The only place my 7 year old son wants to go to and was a struggle getting him to leave! Honestly can't recommend the hotel enough. All the staff are a true asset and make you feel like family. Thank you all for another amazing holiday. Our countdown for the next trip has already started 😊

Lovely short break in Jersey, central hotel with all the facilities you need. Staff were exceptional and so was the food. Afternoon tea amazing. Cannot praise this hotel enough .
