Pretty good location especially when we updated the room with a sea view. Excellent service and great breakfast.But the Wi-Fi was so poor when we were at room.Whatever it was still an awesome holiday

Had a lovely time - the room overlooking the bay provided the best view and it was a dream to wake up to the sound of waves every morning. Can't beat the location and there are several restaurants nearby as well as the hotels own which was really convenient for drinks in the evening and for a quick lunch between beach sessions. Everything was clean and quiet and service was friendly and even called to tell us our room was ready earlier than planned.

We stayed here recently to celebrate our son's upcoming 40th Birthday .My son his wife ,myself and my husband.Everything was fabulous from the moment we arrived. The sun came out on our first day and it stayed the same until the day we left which enhanced our stay even more. The hotel was clean bright and modern. The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean.The tea coffee etc were plentiful and replenished daily which was great. The staff were warm ,friendly and helpful ,and the views just stunning. Used to come to Jersey a lot when I was a child so I took great pleasure in showing off my favourite haunts to the family and I am so glad we chose this hotel to stay . St Brelades bay is absolutely beautiful and the hotel helped make our stay so very special . We will most definitely be returning!

This place is all you could wish for with spectacular sea views from your room and the bar/restaurant/cafe. Exceptional service throughout from the whole team, they all shine with happiness. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, loved our sea view room. It was very relaxing waking up to see the sea every day! The food in the restaurant was also very good. Good choice of food for the breakfast buffet and from the menu. We also enjoyed the food for the evening menu, had the wild sea bass which was very good. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

Have stayed at the Golden Sands afew times now and it never fails to disappoint us. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Julia and the reception team who go out of their way to make us happy. It was lovely to be welcomed back like old friends. Our rooms were lovely as always with welcome back gifts and luxurious Elemis toiletries. Definitely recommend getting a sea view room, it’s worth the extra to be able to hear the waves and wake up to that lovely view. We were looking forward to seeing the refurb of the bar and restaurant and it has been done really well. Love the decor. The food was good as always and we love the cocktails. There were some very sad faces as we had to leave but already looking to go back next year. St Brelade’s Bay in the sunshine is as good as being in the Caribbean. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.
