Really nice hotel. Location is up on the hill. If you come by train, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel.
Breakfast is nice especially the hot food that made upon order.
Enjoyed the scenery while having breakfast
The staff maybe need to be more friendly.

酒店在高坡上面，面朝大海，景色美麗。酒店有免費的停車服務，衹需要把車停酒店門口。讓工作人員停取就可以了。這次定了家庭套房，唯一的缺陷就是房間比較小。早餐是傳統的英國早餐。味道還是蠻不錯的。酒店下坡就是沙灘，可以海邊散歩玩水等。

酒店免費給我們升了海景房，打開窗户直接面向海灘，絕美！晚上可以聽到海浪的聲音，早餐也是玻璃窗這款面海灘。很舒服！就是電梯很小，房間設施有些舊，但還可以！

Loved our stay. Room was comfortable and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated.
Had an excellent espresso martini at the bar!

Beautiful place to stay & we were lucky with the weather. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is superb and a gorgeous restaurant overlooking Porthminster beach. Indoor pool very well maintained and even though the hotel was busy with a wedding it still gelt very calm and peaceful. Definitely stay again 😄

Lovely sea view room. Floor boards very creaky but don’t affect us! Breakfast selection was great. The front of house lady/waitress wasn’t very personable but the other staff were very chatty. Valet service for the car was convenient and the staff did a great job of removing the seagull poo from wherever our car had been parked for the two days. Overall a great stay!

The hotel in itself is fine. The car situation isn’t ideal where you have to pull up on the kerb outside and just trust it’s okay there until someone moves it. Room was nice enough and we paid extra for the £300 a night sea view room. All was well until returning from dinner to find that the noise in our first floor room from the band playing the wedding below us was so astonishingly loud that we complained. The gentleman on the desk told us flatly that there’s nothing he could do, we should have been told about it when we booked and it will be running until 12am. Like it or lump it basically. For a 4 star hotel at £300 a night, I am absolutely appalled. There’s no mention of any potential noise at book in, the room we were given has been done so with no consideration to what would be going on that evening, no one felt it worthwhile mentioning and it certainly isn’t mentioned when booking or in the confirmation. On top of that, no one at the hotel appears to care in the slightest that one of their guests is unhappy.
