Really nice hotel. Location is up on the hill. If you come by train, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel.
Breakfast is nice especially the hot food that made upon order.
Enjoyed the scenery while having breakfast
The staff maybe need to be more friendly.

The hotel is on a high slope, facing the sea, with beautiful scenery. The hotel has free parking service, just park the car in front of the hotel. Just ask the staff to stop it. This time I booked a family suite, the only flaw is that the room is relatively small. Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. The taste is still pretty good. Downhill from the hotel is the beach, where you can walk by the beach and play in the water.

The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room for free, and opened the window directly facing the beach, which is beautiful! The sound of the waves can be heard at night, and the breakfast is also on the beach with glass windows. Very comfortable! is the elevator is very small, the room facilities are a bit old, but OK!

Excellent stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and in particular with our young daughter during breakfast and when having dinner which was greatly appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and look forward to returning to St Ives in future.

We got married at St Ives Harbour Hotel on 04/04/24 and it was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to make our wedding so perfect. The food was delicious, drinks on offer were good too! We were in a beautiful suite with amazing views and the spa is not to be missed! We would like to thank all the Events team and staff that played a part in making our day run smoothly they were all very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay and wedding was perfect. A special Thank you to Frances who assisted us in organising and putting into place anything that we needed throughout our wedding planning experience. This is a venue we would choose over and over again and would recommend to everyone! Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The spa facilities were amazing and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Our room was very warm and the window open was too noisy so would pay for sea view room next time. Staff were very attentive and offered fans and checked heating for us. We would stay again.

Our room (107 I think) had a bay window and amazing view over the bay. One of the nicest rooms we've stayed in, two armchairs and a decanter of gin, what's not to love. Staff are all amazing especially Mollie who kindly arranged to post some earphones back to us after we left them behind. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was superb each morning. There's no car park as such but a member of staff parks your car for you and returns it when you need it. EV charging would have been good to have though there are fast chargers in a nearby carpark.

Wonderful stay, booked last minute and expected a room overlooking the bins as it was such a cheap deal with agoda, well we were over the moon with our room overlooking porthminsyer beach A large bay fronted room with 2 large single beds, and seating by the window. Everything was spotless and shower was satisfactory too. We didn't use the dining area but the lounge area looked lovely and relaxing with extensive views of the beach below
