在距離湖區還有幾站公交的湖邊 如果不是自駕出門會需要等一小時一班的公交（湖區都是這樣）所以要注意好時間。
酒店環境和服務都非常不錯 真正的湖光山色 躺在湖邊的躺椅可以發呆很久。早餐也很豐盛。
房間像古老的歐式小莊園 非常漂亮 唯一就是隔音不好 要注意説話聲音。

山野間的一家很細緻優雅的酒店，酒店服務和餐廳出乎意料的專業，早餐晚餐都不錯，酒店外景色非常好，甚至感覺比哈爾施塔特最美小鎮的景色好看。房間隔音不好，晚上被隔壁白人小姐姐震撼到了。

定的湖景房間非常好，酒店類似小莊園的感覺。設施都很新，離主街有一些距離，不過走走也就10幾分鐘。相對主街有些網紅酒店安靜很多。另外，早飯很好吃，非常精緻！

Das Hotel ist wie man sich ein Landhaus vorstellt: sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Wolfgangsee, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume und feines Essen. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer wies jedoch einige Mängel auf: kein Wasser-/Kaffeekocher (sei vorgesehen), kein Schreibpapier oder zumindest Blöckchen und Stift; für den - für meine Begriffe unsinnig grossen - Fernseh fehlte die Programmübersicht und die Mediathek war nicht abrufbar (geschweige denn Netflix und co); auch am Telefon fehlte der Hinweis wie die Rezeption - oder eine andere interne Nummer - zu erreichen ist. Auch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass nach 2 Tagen die Bettwäsche gewechselt wird. Trotzdem: ein schöner Aufenthalt und alle Beanstandungen sind ja leicht zu beheben ...

Wir sind mit dem Boot aus Strobl zur Strandbar beim Landhaus zu Appesbach angereist, am Steg, hat uns Oberkellner Sir Horst geholfen, das Boot fest zu machen und wir konnten unsere Cocktails an der Strandbar genießen. Für mich ist das eine der schönsten Strandbar am Wolfgangsee? Ich komme sicher wieder.

Wir sind immer gerne zum Abendessen ins Appesbach gekommen und haben es auch oft weiterempfohlen. Dies werden wir nicht mehr tun. Personal ist etwas desorientiert. Preis/Leistung stimmt gar nicht mehr. Qualität des Essens durchschnittlich. Die Bitte um eine Weinkarte wurde vergessen. Man wird als nicht Hotelgast leicht negiert und während des Essens werde Tische verrückt, Gäste umgesetzt usw. Für diese Preislage erwartet man besseres.
