Although the hotel is located near the airport, it takes 10 minutes by bus. The bus runs every half hour. If you miss it, you have to wait for the next one. So the location is not convenient. It takes half an hour to get to the city center by train.
Tourists staying in hotels/Airbnb in Switzerland have guest cards that can be used for free bus rides. But the hotel said that we booked on Trip and didn’t book through their website, so we don’t have a guest card. This is very inconvenient. I don’t understand why you can’t have a guest card when booking on Trip.

Very nice airport hotel! Spacious room and great service with eateries and migros supermarket within walking distance! However it is quite a walking distance from Rumlang Station.
