"This is a pretty new hotel near the airport so the room is quite clean and nice looking. There are several fast food restaurants and a couple supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. front desk staff are friendly. The only issue was my room’s hot water seems not working so it is a bit annoying that you hope to take a shower but have to withstand some very lukewarm water even though I turned the nob to the highest temperature setting. The front desk listened when I complained during checkout so hopefully they fix it for the next guest. Oh, this hotel has AC, pretty important to have during summer travel in Europe. I still recommend it believing the shower issue was just a single case."
"This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport the night before your flight, or when you first arrive. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient; it's free to the hotel but there's a charge for the return trip to the airport. It's a standard business hotel, and given the prices in Switzerland, I think it's a decent choice even if you have to put up with the slight inconvenience of traveling to nearby areas. The photo was taken when we walked to a nearby station to go to Bern. My mom and I managed the walk with our suitcases. I'm highlighting these points because they were important to me, and I hope this helps others."
"Good location, just five minutes walk from Rümlang Station. Friendly receptionist, great terrace, and super spacious room.
Everything was great, I was even able to go to Zurich downtown for a quick trip before going back to the airport to take my flight."
"Check-in was incredibly slow; the front desk seemed busy but inefficient. My room had a window, but it was sealed shut and couldn't be opened, which made the room feel quite stuffy. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get here from the city center. However, I'd definitely choose a different hotel next time, as there seem to be plenty of other options in the area."
"Super clean and comfy beds. The bathroom had everything we needed as we only had backpacks with us as our luggage was in transit The receptionist was very professional and made checking in really smooth. We took the free shuttle bus from the airport, thinking we’d just get it too on the way back. However, it costs 11 Swiss francs per person so we took an Uber which was less than half that price. I think transport shy be gratis both ways. Breakfast was super expensive at almost 30 euro per person."
