"This is a pretty new hotel near the airport so the room is quite clean and nice looking. There are several fast food restaurants and a couple supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. front desk staff are friendly. The only issue was my room’s hot water seems not working so it is a bit annoying that you hope to take a shower but have to withstand some very lukewarm water even though I turned the nob to the highest temperature setting. The front desk listened when I complained during checkout so hopefully they fix it for the next guest. Oh, this hotel has AC, pretty important to have during summer travel in Europe. I still recommend it believing the shower issue was just a single case."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again."

"The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is close to the airport and a train station from which you can access Zurich centrum easily. Definitely recommended!"

"It’s ok. Room was decent. Has a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is very expensive in my opinion so didn’t bother my room key stopped working before I checked out which isn’t great."
