La struttura molto bella ed elegante. Pulizia eccellente e camera sempre in ordine grazie a Natalia. La signora Elly sempre disponibile e gentile. Comunque tutto il personale sempre carino. Ottima posizione vicino al mare. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Struttura elegante, pulizia eccellente, colazione varia e di qualità. Anche il bar in spiaggia è fantastico. La sig.ra Elly vi farà sentire a casa. Vasta gamma di escursioni sono possibili e quando tornate nella hall troverete sempre acqua limone e menta fresca.

The beautiful and peaceful hotel and villas situated just a short walk (up a steep hill) up from the lovely sandy beach of Stalos in the Chania region. The hotel has a feel of a boutique hotel with a variety of rooms and villas available across the site. The communal areas such as bar and pool area were spotlessly clean with nice quality comfortable sun loungers. I don’t think that the hotel was a full capacity, but we never struggled to get a lounger when we visited the pool. It was refreshing that there wasn’t a scramble for a spot first thing in the morning with people coming and going throughout the day. All very civilised. The team are all wonderful and genuinely want to make your stay with them memorable. We arrived late at night and were left a dinner in our fridge with some water, which was a nice welcome. There was a mix up with our room and the reception team were amazing in helping us with the situation and upgraded us to a fantastic room, to our huge appreciation. Special mention to Eleni and Elli who were always available to answer any questions with a smile and made us feel like VIPs for the duration. The team everywhere from housekeeping to bar and restaurant were genuinely wonderful. We thank Natalie for her Greek word of the day.. We were recommended to visit their affiliate beach bar,Isola, where you can hire the same comfortable loungers and they provide an ice bucket with water for the day. A very nice touch. The food in the restaurant is also wonderful. It’s very easy to catch the bus to Chania for €2 each way with the bus stop being a short walk.Old town is simply beautiful and a must see. We were half board, with the buffet being small, but a good choice for meat eaters. There are also a great choice of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend taking the bus along the coast to different beaches for a change of scenery. All in all, our experience of the Theo hotel was first class and would highly recommend a stay here.

Leggendo certe recensioni entusiastiche pensavo di avere sbagliato hotel. la stanza assegnataci come unico pregio aveva l'ampiezza. Squallida, dall'aspetto vecchio e cadente, con arredo forse recuperato al mercato dell'usato. Angolo cottura improponibile, senza nemmeno il minimo indispensabile. La ciliegina sulla torta era l'orrendo bagno, minuscolo, senza finestra, senza aspiratore, con scarico malfunzionante, doccia che perdeva, muffe alle pareti. Oggigiorno come si fa senza prese di corrente? Ebbene, qui non ce ne sono. Colazione scadente, ripetitiva e poco curata. E pensare che abbiamo pagato 170euro in più per "studio vista mare"! Il peggior hotel dove ho soggiornato. Hotel 4 stelle? 1 stella è la categoria giusta.

Hôtel très agréable surplombant la mer. Chambre propre. Cependant, revoir le service des boissons. Nous avons eu le temps de dîner avant qu'une personne daigne venir prendre notre commande ! Les repas sont variés et globalement de qualités.

Een prima hotel dat rustig gelegen is op een hoger niveau dan hoofdstraat. Bij je kamerkeuze kiezen voor rustige ligging aan tuinzijde bv, want als je kiest voor zeezicht is de kans dat je lawaai hebt van de drukke hoofdstraat groot. Vriendelijk personeel. Eenvoudig maar compleet buffet, ontbijt heel goed, lekkere koffie. Minpuntje : het eten mocht soms warmer zijn 's avonds ( onder warmhoudlampen) want heb zelden bv warme fritjes gehad, maar er waren tijdens ons verblijf weinig verblijvers, in het echte hoofdseizoen juli en augustus is dat mss beter... Goede bedden , airco ok. Goed zwembad en prima ligbedden, snacks aan de poolbar prima en voldoende. Mooie uitvalsbasis om bv de bus naar Chania te nemen. Bushalte aan hoofdstraat. Steil straatje naar de hoofdingang van het hotel, er is een lift die je best neemt tot aan de receptie vanuit de hoofdingang. Een aanrader met weinig minpunten.

Beautiful hotel and so clean.. Rooms are big and have everything and so clean.. The staff makes it worth coming they are so nice and welcoming.. Elli one of the hotel staffs she was so nice and helpful with everything.. They always smile and polite. We will definitely come back again to this hotel because of the staff.

Hotel très agréable l'environnement est propre, grande piscine ou l'on trouve toujours un transat/parasol, l'hôtel mets à dispo des serviettes pour la piscine. Petit déjeuner au top sucré, salé tous y est vraiment bien garni. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage est fait tous les jours avec un pliage de serviettes en forme de bateau ou d'oiseux, nous avions vu sur la mer...sympa. Le personnel est sympathique, toujours au petit soins et prêt à vous aider, merci à Elli qui est la seule à parler français et d'une gentillesse, toujours le sourire, charmante, sans oublier les serveurs et serveuses toujours avec le sourire très agréable, on ce sent bien. Je recommande et nous y retournerons.

Hotel fajny, dość rozbudowany położony na wzniesieniu o stromym podjeździe częściowo można wjechać winda. Mieliśmy powiększony pokój z widokiem na morze z aneksem kuchennym w pełni wyposażony z lodówką. Pokoj klimatyzowany sterowany samodzielnie. Cichy hotel goście raczej starsi lub rodziny z dziećmi. Jedzenie w porządku dość urozmaicone nigdy niczego nie brakowało o co dbał zawsze witając gości manager sali. Tak samo jak i kelnerzy oraz barmani zawsze bardzo mili dla gości. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje tam pracująca w restauracji młoda Polka która zawsze jest pomocna, miła i uśmiechnięta z całą pewnością robi pozytywne wrażenie dla tego hotelu. +Nie spotkałem tam rosjan miła obsługa, blisko do sklepów, barów, plaży... -Płatna woda i napoje do kolacji
