"My daughter and. I spent 9 nights here on allinclusive the positives first very clean hotel,that’s it negatives the food is absolutely awful, such cheap food the fruit was mouldy in the basket, I have decaff coffee and tea they do no provide this but you can have a decaff coffee if you pay I have never come across the meanness and such poor quality just looking at it made us feel ill we ate out a lot of the time . This is advertised as a 4 star some of the staff were really really rude and as two women on are own it was quite intimidating .The drinks were so limited and such poor quality if you pay they make really nice drink if not do not make any effort to make you dink look nice .the outside of the hotel looks like a war zone on a very very busy main Road the beach across the Road has broken sunbeds rumble and lots of run down bars and rubbish on it we would not recommend this hotel to our worse enemies"

"My family and I visited Eliros for 1 week. Before arrival we had a great communication with Maria, the owner of the place. Eliros is a wonderfull place 10 minutes walk from the main road/beach front of Plantanias. A fantastisc view from the balcony of our room/pool area. Cleaning was very good. Maria was a perfect and lovley host and made us feel very welcome. We will recommend everybody to visit this great place. "

"The hotel was comfortable and well located. The residents were friendly and like-minded (not a partisan crowd). It was quiet at breakfast and the breakfast was full and tasty. The apartment was really spacious and the air conditioning was a big plus! The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare your own food. We would have enjoyed longer in the apartment. The pool is also a big plus! The service was good, the apartments are kept clean and tidy. At the pool, you can also get food/snacks and drinks from the counter, which was located in the closed courtyard of the aparthotel."

"We are staying at Phaedra, and everything has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right by the sea and has its own beautiful, well-maintained private beach. There is also a spacious swimming pool that is not treated with chemicals but instead uses a saltwater electrolysis system, which is excellent for people with sensitive skin or skin conditions. The hotel itself is very clean and well cared for, and the housekeeping is thorough and meticulous. All of this is thanks to the owner, Nikos, who is a very professional and trustworthy person. He treats every guest with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience! 🤗"

"The staff were very helpful; we stayed 3 nights in April – too cold for the pool and sea. The "center" – with several restaurants and supermarkets – is just a few minutes away, so it served more as a base for excursions. An indoor pool is currently being built in the spa area; if we're allowed to use it, it would be great for the off-season. Breakfast was excellent, and parking is available."

"We had a lovely stay at Theo Hotel in Crete and overall it was a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed. The hotel itself was in a great location and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team worked hard to make guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The only small improvements I would suggest would be slightly larger bathroom/shower spaces, as they felt a little cramped at times, and ensuring toiletries are replenished more promptly when needed. Aside from those minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Theo Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a wonderful one!"

Very kind and helpful staff like always want you the best. Good food in the restaurant and nice cocktails in the bar. The mini market to the hotel has a wide range and good prices. The pool area is peaceful and never a problem to find a free sun bed. The Breakfast has a high quality and Lovely fruit, Bread, olives and eggs with more. "

The rooms were modern and look recently refurbished; in absolutely perfect condition. The pool area was really quiet, only us and occasionally someone popping down for a swim but we had the whole area to ourselves nearly all day, on a Sunday too! The hosts were really friendly, accommodating and welcoming."

"This is the best hotel I've ever been to. We had a family vacation, there was a room with a side view of the sea, the views from the room are simply amazing, the hotel is very beautiful and stylish, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A pleasant and polite hostess, told me where it is better to have dinner, where to buy groceries. Large spacious room, has everything you need, convenient location, bus stop, shops and taverns nearby, excellent sandy beach. The rest was magical. I recommend. 10 out of 10"
