The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help with luggage and recommend surrounding food. The bathroom featured a thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were from high-end brands, showcasing quality in every detail. Special praise for the 24-hour room service; they responded incredibly quickly when I needed an extra pillow in the middle of the night. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both authentic local snacks and classic Western options, and the open kitchen allowed us to see the chefs preparing the food, ensuring maximum freshness! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby.
