JJanet, MalaysiaThe homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this.
Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great!
No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards.
This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday!

I originally thought that the facilities in the scenic area, especially in the mountains, might be very simple, but when I arrived, I found that the infrastructure was very complete, especially the washing machine. The room also came with laundry detergent, which was very nice. The boss and the staff in the store were very welcoming and we chatted together. The location was also very good. It was very convenient for eating and going to the convenience store. It was also very convenient to climb the observation deck. There was also a small river outside, and it was very comfortable to listen to the sound of water.

The B&B has a very good environment and is very clean. It was just renovated this year. The boss is very good at choosing materials and uses good brands for soft furnishings.
The wooden floor is a Nature brand, the hair dryer is a Lefen, and the bathroom is a smart toilet. The shower head has a large water flow, and I can finally take a hot shower with a large water flow. The mattress is a large zero-pressure mattress and it is very comfortable to sleep on.

The boss drove to the tourist center to pick us up. He was also very considerate and introduced us to how to play nearby.
I strongly recommend everyone to come here, especially for traveling. You are very tired every day, and staying in a comfortable B&B is better than anything else.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently and meticulously guiding me through check-in and offering local travel advice, treating me like a friend. The room was spotless, fully equipped, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Not only did I experience the stunning scenery of Baihaba, but I also had a wonderfully warm and welcoming stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

MM325088****A week before check-in, the front desk took the initiative to contact and inform the location of the homestay. At that time, I left a very good impression on me. I stayed in Beichen for two days. The room facilities were very new, the decoration style was also very like, and the boss's taste was online. We also prepared ginger tea and warm baby when we checked in.
From various small details, it can be seen that the boss is a very careful person, even the disposable cups are sealed, and the shampoo and shower gel in the guest rooms are very complete. The picture of the room was forgotten, and there was no way to show it here. I will definitely show the whole picture when I am with my friends next time. Oh, by the way, we go out to play in the snow. Every time we go out, the boss will be very polite to hand us a bottle of water and let us drink on the road. The cats in the hotel are very cute. It is said that they are all stray cats and very well-behaved kittens. You can just pick it up, and save the money for cats 🐱 haha

2202626****It was raining the day we went to Bahaiba, and with limited parking spots in the scenic area, we were directed to park on the grass. The bad weather made the roads muddy, and our self-driving car couldn't enter the scenic area, which dampened our spirits. After a phone call, the hotel manager was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage and immediately taking us on a tour around the village. Standing at a high vantage point, my mood brightened. Although the electricity supply was tight, the manager provided electric blankets and heaters, ensuring the facilities were complete. The recommended restaurants were also excellent, and we were kindly driven around multiple times. The manager's service was superb, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I didn’t expect that this B&B in the mountains would be okay, especially the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The toilet and water heater are still high-end products, and the hygiene is quite clean. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can come and live in this village. I personally think it is much better than Kanas and Hemu.
