GGuest UserFirst of all, the environment and health have nothing to say. The price is already very good in the New Year, but because I set it early, the room includes breakfast. After the staff called me and said that there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year. I said that it was ok. Later, after the first night of stay, the hotel front desk called me and said that I would take the initiative to compensate me 40 yuan to make up for the loss of my breakfast (the above are the hotel's active contact me, I have always wanted to compensate the hotel for breakfast), the next day when I checked out, the front desk changed shifts, saying that I had to make up 40 yuan, I said that you made it up to me yesterday because of breakfast. I showed him my order. It did include breakfast. Trip.com booked it. As a result, the staff began to dump the pot and said that the breakfast sent by the third-party platform was not their responsibility. I said that you contacted the front desk yesterday. He said that he could not contact him. It was obviously a good attitude to compensate me for the breakfast. The next day, I changed people to Yinyang. What did I say that Trip.com didn’t count. Now I go out and place orders on a third-party platform. It’s funny.

GGuest UserThis hotel really exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the spacious space and exquisite decoration. The facilities in the room are all available, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I sleep well all night. The hotel's restaurant has an elegant environment, the dishes are exquisite and delicious, and every bite is super satisfying. The attitude of the service staff is also super good and responsive. This trip became super perfect because of this hotel.

GGuest User又到了一年一度的候鳥遷徙季節，特意來到江西鄱陽觀賞候鳥，現在正是好時候，這家酒店一進門就體驗到了熱情的服務，前台看我們有行李，還主動幫忙提，這一點很不錯，酒店客房內乾淨衞生，還是比較舒適的，房間還升級了，升級後更寬敞了，酒店門口停車位很多，就是要按照箭頭向馬路停放，這點不是很理解，地理位置也不錯，在水利局樓下，上面是辦公區域，住在4樓風景也不錯，性價比很高值得點贊[強]

MM277232****I came to Xiangyang on a business trip. I was tired. When I entered the lobby, I was infected by the warm smile at the front desk. I was in a good mood for more than half of the time. The service was great, attentive, and the processing efficiency was very high. When I came to the room and opened the door, the sun was just in front of the window. The room was warm and elegant, like returning home. The bedding is soft like a cloud, and it sleeps well all night. The street view outside the window is looming in the morning light, a cup of coffee, a pleasant time, such a time is worth treasured.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the attitude is friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom was very clean. The sound insulation effect is good, quiet and not noisy at night, and sleeps very peacefully. Environmental sanitation and service attitude are beyond expectations, the price is very high, the stay experience is full, I will continue to choose this next time I come, and I recommend it to everyone.
