2-Star Hotels in Shiping

This is the second time I have stayed and the experience is very good. The location is very close to the Confucian Temple, Shiping College, and the library, within walking distance. Sister Yang in the store is super good. Considering that we have elderly people, they all pick up and drop off at the passenger station in person. In the evening, everyone often drink tea and chat together, just like family. Love Shiping, love Lantingshe.

I'm totally captivated by the design of this guesthouse! The Instagram-worthy corner in the common area is amazing! The room has a fantastic view, and the bedding is pure cotton—I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, not only introducing us to local delicacies but also helping us with our luggage. The location is near Yilong Lake, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall, a perfect experience! The breakfast was especially delicious, and they even had seasonal fruit available for guests at the front desk! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Very modern Hotel, new furniture, large rooms. Clean as always in China. Also spacious bathroom with very good shower. Toiletries, electric kettle and drinking water provided. There is a garage (open though) to park cars or bikes. No elevator.

The newly opened hotel, next to Yilong Lake, can see the beautiful sunset of Yilong Lake from the top floor! We live in a family suite by car from Kunming. The car can be parked at the entrance of the hotel. The two bedrooms have their own air conditioning and TV, and there is a small stereo. We can feel the feeling of the hotel considering the needs of customers. Facilities: Electric curtains, smart small stereo, large TVs above 75 inches, and air conditioning are all new! The sink is large, although the bathroom is smaller, it does not affect ～ Hygiene: Generally speaking, 4.6 is more than points, comfortable and clean! Sheets and quilt covers are ok My favorite is the Klein blue stool in the room, and the bedding, which is very comfortable and soft. Especially the pillows, sleep very steadily, not the kind of bad quality. Service: The front desk of the hotel is very good. There is a machine hemp downstairs at night. We have a meeting. We feel hot and have a small fan for us. We are still very enthusiastic. Overall: the room layout is reasonable, warm and comfortable accommodation conditions, the 5th floor can see the lake view. The room is also very soundproof, staying quiet ～ There are some barbecue shops downstairs, although there is not much to eat, but fortunately it is convenient. Not far from the lake ～ I really hope that I will have the opportunity to stay in the future\^O^/ The lack of improvement is: the aroma of the elevator is not very good, it smells strong and uncomfortable...

The surrounding environment is very good, the room supplies are very good, the sleep is very comfortable, and the front desk is very warm, the speed is very fast to check in, and I will choose this one to play in Shiping when I have time later.

The homestay is in a community, very close to the Yilong Lake Wetland. The small yard is very beautiful and the layout is very fine. The room is on the top floor, it is really good to enter the room, the room has a small attic suitable for family living. I thought everything was fine, but there was a problem with taking a bath at night. Three people took turns to take a bath. When the first person washed, they found that the water was very small. After washing, the second person washed it in a hurry. After 20 minutes, they also found that the water was very small, so that the hair was wet and there was no water. After waiting for about 3 minutes, there was no water. I went downstairs to find the waiter. I came to see that there were many people in the bath. There was no water to wait a moment. After waiting for about 15 minutes, there was a small water flow, so I quickly washed it. Waiting for the third person to take a bath was even more excessive. The shower gel turned on the faucet and there was no water. It was embarrassing. After 15 minutes, there was still no water. Finally, it was washed in cold water. Fortunately, it was a hot day, so it was so noisy, all the good mood was gone.

The room is not bad, it is on the roadside, the surrounding environment is general, breakfast is very good across the street, the holiday price has risen a lot, the room facilities can also be optimized, the automatic sensor light will be on when the person moves, not very friendly to people who sleep well.

此次撫仙湖之行，最初預訂的是石屏小火車站附近的小火車酒店，滿心期待入住，卻被房間裏濃重的裝修異味打亂計劃——刺鼻的味道實在難以忍受，根本無法安心停留，衹能第一時間聯繫攜程客服尋求幫助。 必須重點誇誇攜程客服的服務，態度特別好！接到反饋後沒有絲毫推諉，全程耐心傾聽需求，響應速度很快，主動協調溝通，沒多久就幫我退了房，因為帶了娃，客服找到了就近的備選酒店，在突發狀況下給了我很大的安全感，解決問題的效率和專業性都值得點贊。 換住的酒店在空間上還算驚喜，是帶兩個房間、兩張床的套房，還配有一個小會客廳，整體佈局寬敞，能滿足多人入住的需求。但美中不足的是，酒店緊鄰馬路，我分配到的房間剛好靠路邊，到了夜間仍有明顯車流聲，對睡眠淺的人來説不算友好。此外，酒店的服務也比較一般，前台工作人員態度平淡，沒有太多主動服務的意識，不過整體不影響基本入住。 總的來説，雖然初始住宿出了問題，但攜程客服的及時協助讓行程沒受太大影響；衹是希望後續再選酒店時，能遇到更貼合“安靜”需求、服務更貼心的住處。
