The girl at the front desk said yes, set a business bed, and went after the room type was wrong. The male boss asked to add 20, saying that the front desk just came, I don’t understand. I said that I can't refund the money, he said that I can't refund, and I think I'm in trouble, and I quarrel. The boss is very fierce.
