My house was changed, the balcony was changed to bathroom and bathroom, there was no exhaust fan, and the moisture from the bath went to the bedroom, which caused the room to be very humid, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the air-conditioning was noisy. To be honest, I feel that it is not worth the price.
