Modern and well maintained hostel. Every member of staff I spoke with were always very helpful and friendly. No communal kitchen unfortunately but there is a microwave which was very useful. Laundry room, small gym always a positive! Location is bit far of a walk from the center, but trams are located no more than 5 minutes away. Also a short walk away from Les Halles de Bacalan and plenty of bars and clubs if that's your sort of thing. Very pleasant experience at Whoo Hostel

The hostel is new and super clean, sliding doors on the beads are awesome. All staff is friendly, but Anastasia is absolutely amazing - she answered all of the possible questions including way to the airport and cheese recommendations!

The hotel is newly renovated. The reception lobby is designed as muti propose use: playing table tennis, book reading, food enjoying. The sound proof in the room is good. Many choose is for the breakfast. The tram stop is just at the front of the hotel. You may take a tram ride to the hotel from airport with 1.7Euro. There is less than 10 minutes walk to the railway station or take a tram ride for a stop only. The staff is quite helpful. The disadvantage is the room is relatively small.

The apparthotel is a great place to stay. Close to many places for site seeing and shopping. The room was clean and spacious. In case of late arrival the property provides details how to get in and you can complete the check in procedure the next day.

This hotel is excellent value for money- clean perfectly adequate rooms with a comfortable bed and nice en suite facilities! The breakfast was wonderful- it cost €10 euros but the was a wonderful selection of hams cheeses breads etc! The quality of the coffee was also good! The staff were both professional and helpful- for a budget hotel- the quality was great! Highly recommended!👌

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was  very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

Hotel canceled my reservation because the name did not match with the creditcard. It send an e-mail of the cancellation but did not inform trip.com so I can’t get my payment back. But I booked another room with the correct info, the stay was fine. It has everything what should have for a short stay.

The location was just few steps away from Opera National grand Theatre. Check in was easy , but be aware that check in is in their sister hotel 100 metres away. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very basic, with somewhat dated facilities, but the bed and shower were perfect. It's located on the outskirts of Bordeaux (approximately a 10-minute drive) and close to the trade fair and exhibition center. The breakfast buffet is adequate, with everything you need for a decent breakfast. A car is necessary to get there, but the hotel has private parking that is locked at night for security.
