GGuest UserWe spent just 1 night there in transit. The Room was clean and tidy. Everything you needed was in there. Nice friendly staff. Excellent Parking and security too.
Close to Restaurants and shops to distract the kids. We went to the Chinese Buffet Grill (3 minutes walk from the Hotel) and it was superb...
Highly recommended...!!!
GGuest UserNice room. A bit more cramped than other B&B hotels. For example, the closet where you can hang your coat is very close to the bed, and so is the small desk. It's not easy to sit on the chair, and it makes getting into bed more difficult due to the limited space. The shower is good and spacious enough. Friendly staff. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk, which is convenient.
Good location, close to many shops/restaurants and the main route.
GGuest UserI picked this hotel as it is ideally located near the channel tunnel. Literally about 5 minutes drive. My only issue was when checking in. I was extremely tired from having driven 7 hours to be told that my booking had not been paid for! I had 100% paid and I had the receipt to show them but it took them about half an hour to finally see that trip.com had sent the money. By this time I was at crying point as so tired I just wanted to go to my room. Bearing in mind they were both speaking in French so I didn’t have a clue what they were saying either, it was really stressful. I messaged trip.com and they were extremely helpful and the issue was sorted a few minutes after that, so I wish I’d done that in the beginning but was not sure what the problem was at that point as could not understand them. There was also a couple behind me who had the same problem. Once I’d got over that, the hotel itself was absolutely fine. I went back down to reception and the lady was really helpful with giving me directions etc. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but I got a hot chocolate out of their machine for a few euros and that was really nice. The room was quite small but that didn’t bother me as just a place to sleep for the night before my journey the next day. I would stay here again as convenient for Chanel tunnel.
GGuest UserThe room is small but very comfortable.
The bathroom is clean but not very light to make up. In winter, the radiator works well. The staff is very listening and sympathetic and good advice ...j'y passed a very good night!
GGuest UserFront desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and suitable for a family of four. Convenient location, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. The overall feeling is at ease and pleasant, it is recommended.
MMarie-Jeanne STEFANINIFor a mini price you have: a mini space, a mini lunch, a minimum service. It's a choice. I'd just like to know in advance that the wallpapers were not included in the price. At € 38 or € 40 per night you can't ask for the moon.
