KKongzhijunxialuoteBecause the train line from Gruyere to Lyon had problems, the train detoured to Chambery and then to Lyon, which delayed the trip. I stayed one night near the Lyon high-speed railway station. This Ibis hotel is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, just a 1-minute walk away. The room is of a suitable size and has good sound insulation. I didn't hear much noise from the train at night, and it was not noisy. There were no toothbrushes, slippers, hair dryers, etc. in the room, but I brought them myself. The bed and quilt in the room were clean and comfortable. In short, it is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, and it is very suitable for catching the train and staying for one night

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly small, making it difficult to open luggage and move around. The room also felt a bit slanted, which was uncomfortable. Being on the second floor with no elevator, lugging my suitcase up and down was a hassle. It's a bit of a walk from the main bustling area, so overall, the location and room condition weren't ideal. However, it's very close to the train station, so if you're looking for a budget-friendly option near the station, it's a decent value for money.

IIraitzThe room was very nice. A sofa bed that was comfortable and a room with a double bed for a very good price. They have a room with washing machines so you can wash your clothes yourself. A small kitchen with a fridge, microwave and what you need to cook a little. The cleaning was very good but could be improved a little.

The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was dilapidated, and there was almost no German TV.
Our dog is very popular, we only pay 5.00 Euro.

If you are solo traveller, becareful with the surrounding. Could be dangerous at night. Really surprised to witness an accident.

Aa.b.7Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are compact and clean. The breakfast is rich: 7 or 8 kinds of bread, yogurt, milk, coffee, cheese, fruit dishes; 900 meters walk to the subway station.
The only small regret is that you can't store your luggage after checking out
