2-Star Hotels in Rhone

The furniture is small, but the room looks big. The washbasin is super small. It is very close to the train station, and the transportation is very convenient. The soundproofing is good, and there are two layers of windows. There is a railway track outside the window, so it doesn't feel like anything. I am quite satisfied with the room. The price I booked that day was relatively low.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Solid hostel with clean facilities and a nice atmosphere. The shower in my room was super powerful, which meant that when you turned it on, it would shoot up into the air because the holder wasn’t screwed in properly/tight enough to withstand the force of the water. I told reception but I don’t think he fully understood what I meant because he told me someone would fix it and it was never fixed. If you’re in a top bunk, it’s hard to get in and out of because of the metal bars in the way. The only reason I’ve rated the location quite low is because it is up a hill, and I was there during a heatwave so that made the hill worse. I’m sure normally it’s ok, but in 40 degree heat with a backpack it was hard. The AC was also super weak and I’d find myself waking up throughout the night sweating. But at least they had some AC because I’ve been in hostels that haven’t lol. Their washing machines are pretty cheap (around 3.5 euros) and automatically dispense detergent.

This hotel was good for short stay with all basic needs such as shower, bed, sink, kettle and mini-shove, just no hair drier. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. However, it is worth to mention that there is no suitcase storage in the hotel. In terms of location, although this hotel is sitting next to an education Center and the main road with busy traffic, evening was quiet enough for some quality sleep. When considering it is just 5 min walk from Gorge Dr Loup Station, the location is ok.

The personal space were nice and clean but sometimes the neighbor bed might be disturbing in term of sound and smell. The aie inside were quite warm. Don't know if they open the heater or not. Worth the price but expect the bed when booking it

The hotel's location is excellent in relation to the airport. The service was very good. The cleanliness was perfect. Only the restaurant wasn't good. They took a long time to let us in even though the room was almost empty. There wasn't much to eat. I had stayed at this hotel before and the restaurant was impeccable. It must be run by another company now. In the end, we ordered Burger King and ate in our room. Otherwise, everything was impeccable. I recommend it.

It is sporadically arranged but fully functional. Enough for overnight. The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was dilapidated, and there was almost no German TV. Our dog is very popular, we only pay 5.00 Euro.

The accommodation feels a bit smaller than the photos suggest. However, the location is fantastic! It isn't right in the city center of Lyon, but for the price, a subway line that takes you to the city center is just a 5-minute walk away, and since the surroundings consist of apartment complexes, it feels relatively safe. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning.

I reduced it for convenience - it was incredibly cold, the heater couldn't cope and regularly switched off, the air conditioner didn't work. There was someone else's hair on the blanket. Otherwise, it's bearable for this money to spend the night near the airport.

Amazing view, but a bit of a trek if you walk up the hill on foot. The beds are super comfy, larger, and wider than usual. Had a very good nap after a long trip and before tackling the city by night and on foot: lively and safe. Toitels and shower rooms may benefit from a bit of TLC :) Will be back.
