Hotel Charlemagne By Happyculture
"Very good hotel in Lyon center, close to Perrache train station. Also a very good price compare to airbnb in the city"
InterContinental Hotels LYON - HOTEL DIEU by IHG
"The Intercontinental Lyon - Hotel Dieu is a remarkable hotel that has been transformed from a historical hospital, adding a unique charm to its ambiance. Despite its origins, the rooms have a modern design and do not bear any resemblance to a hospital setting. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are super comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed, contributing to the overall luxury of the hotel. The views from the rooms, facing the river, are breathtaking. The breakfast served in the garden is a must-try, providing a delightful start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's central location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city."
Citadines Apart’hotel Presqu'Ile Lyon
"Perfect location. Nothing to complain about ! Lovely staffs"

Hôtel le Royal Lyon - MGallery
"The room is spacious, close to the subway station, and the lobby is decorated with unique features"
Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa
"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. The only three things I would improve are: 1) the hotel bar didn't have stools 2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€. 3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with? The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic. The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon. The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte. I highly suggest you book the bed and breakfast rate to not be shocked by the 39€pp charge if you didn’t. Their Italian restaurant, Angelo's, looked delicious, but was a little pricey so we ate out all three nights in the Capitale Gastronomique de la France. The staff were warm and accommodating and it's in my top 3 reasonably priced boutique hotels in Europe."
Sofitel Lyon Bellecour
"We stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023. The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour. The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price."
Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel
"Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but we did have breakfast every day which was delicious with plenty of options and lots of organic options. A wonderful stay 😊"
Hotel & Spa Le Pavillon
"Amira Amira 1/5 2 hours ago on Google I am very disappointed with my stay. A loyal customer until now, I was unpleasantly surprised to be given a dirty room: the fridge hadn't been cleaned, the toilet had stains, and there was still dust... For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable. The situation was made worse by the attitude of the chambermaid, who preferred to make excuses ("a new employee cleaned the room," "the manager is off duty," "room service is responsible for cleaning the fridge") instead of addressing the problem. Such a lack of professionalism and quality control is truly regrettable, especially in an establishment of this caliber."
Holiday Inn LYON - VAISE by IHG
"The hotel is really great. Very welcoming staff. The breakfast is very generous 🤍 the rooms are very clean. I recommend this hotel."
B&B Hotel Lyon Nord 4 étoiles
"Basic service. Economic hotel"
Hotel Gatsby by HappyCulture
"The staff gave us a very warm welcome. The room is modern and in keeping with the theme, undoubtedly breathtaking. The breakfast is varied and served in the beautiful restaurant, where the Gatsby atmosphere is perfectly captured. We were able to get the bowling alley started and throw a few strikes by asking at reception. It was very satisfying to take a little time out that morning!"
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Genas Eurexpo
"Chain hotel which has been fully renovated. Plenty of Free Parking, bar and fitness room. Great PRIVILEGE ROOMS well appointed and modern throughout.Espresso machine available in room. On site restaurant serving a small but seasonal menu."
Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Lyon Centre Confluence
"Great simple hotel that offered everything needed within a great location."
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Charbonnières
"We stayed there on 24th December. Hotel clean and in good condition. Lovely xmas decoration. Room comfortable..special cuddos to the breakfast staff, was very pleasant and efficuent. Great selection in a nice setting."

ParkEst Hôtel & Spa
"Review from my 13 years old daughter :) Enjoy it. We came to this hotel thinking it was going to be an amazing experience, but sadly it was the complete opposite. At first it seemed okay, although the first impression it gave us was that it was far too new to be good. Unfortunately, we were right. Exhausted, we stumbled into our rooms, ready to sleep. But the moment we opened the bed sheets, we were horrified. They were covered in hair. It honestly looked like dogs had been sleeping on the bed and the sheets hadn't been washed for weeks. We hoped the other room would be better, but it was just as bad. There were multiple stains all over the bed, and it made us feel absolutely disgusted. We went straight back to reception and asked to change our rooms. To our surprise, instead of apologizing, they completely denied what we were seeing. They kept insisting that the sheets were clean, even though they clearly weren't. It was unbelievable. Eventually, after arguing with them, we were finally given different rooms. Thankfully, they weren't as bad as the first ones, so we were finally able to get some sleep. The next morning, we still had a lot to do, but we decided to do the right thing and speak to reception again. We asked if they could offer us one free night to make up for such an awful experience. The receptionist seemed completely shocked and had to call the manager. This is where the experience became even worse. Instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, the manager spoke to us aggressively and immediately refused. Rather than taking responsibility for the disgusting condition of the rooms, they simply offered us free access to the pool, as if that could somehow make up for sleeping in filthy beds and the way we had been treated. By that point, we had completely lost our patience. We were tired of the poor cleanliness, tired of being told that what we clearly saw wasn't real, and tired of the rude attitude from the staff and management. We had enough. We packed our things, left the hotel, and booked another one instead. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we certainly will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone."
Doubletree by Hilton Lyon Eurexpo & Spa
"Doubletree hotel was an ok stay for a short trip . There was a lot of dust in my room unfortunately but I didn’t bother since I spent most of my time outside the hotel . The location is near the airport which is great and the receptionists are great. The bathroom is very very clean ."
Hotel Carlton Lyon - MGallery Hotel Collection
"it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow. Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity. there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps. the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices. All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed"
Kyriad Prestige Lyon Est - Saint Priest Eurexpo Hotel and Spa
"top, top top...."
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay
"It's quite safe standard. Staff is friendly and helpful, you have 24h food service. Location was less good if you are as a tourist, but if you are just bypassing it is quite convenient. This hotel also has a nice terasse and inside restaurant and bar. Only thing, the hotel should check out their showers. The water barely disappear while showering and therefor a floaded bathroom. Other than that, I would go again."
Appart’City Confort Lyon Cité Internationale
"The staff is super friendly and the hotel rooms are clean and nice. It's an appart hotel, so you have all the equipment to cook, a fridge etc. Location is ok, maybe not the best part of Lyon when trying to find a nice restaurant nearby. But lots of fast food or snack places and late night super market. Hotel has its own private garage for 15euro a night. The breakfast was really nice and with lots of options. In the evening they have a chef in the restaurant and serve nice food. I'm happy with my stay, it was good value for money."
Kopster Hotel Lyon Groupama Stadium
"Overall good hotel with good value for money! Unfortunately lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, who charged me for the room a second time even though I had made the payment online (they told me yes, we noticed the error, we will refund you within two weeks, no excuses, no commercial gesture) In addition, we charge you 10 euros for open parking without security, everyone can park there, so one piece of advice, don’t take it, there are free spaces outside"
Campanile Lyon Nord - Ecully
"Good bedding, but the hotel is a bit old and could do with a bit of a makeover. The room is small and the smell is not great."
