TThomasThis stay wasn’t as pleasant as the last. Once again, we arrive, check in and go straight to the room. We unpack, and yet again the ac isn’t working. So yet again our first night there and we have to change rooms again. Mind you we booked this hotel for 5 of the last 7 days. Lol. Didn’t mind switching rooms because in the heat I have a hard time breathing due to health issues. Half way thru this stay an elevator gets stuck. We notified the guy behind the desk and he says “my boss called” but take the steps until I can look at it. Crazy!!!

GGuest UserReally good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!

KKara KalinowskiOverall, would stay again because the location is near the airport and it's affordable. But I was staying on the first floor and the window to the parking lot was shattered and difficult to lock. A man staying in the room above me was yelling until 3 in the morning. I normally really enjoy a microtel but this stay was awful.

GGuest UserCarpet was filthy and the room smelled like a wet rag (Room 121). This was an unusual experience for Extended Stay hotel for us though. I hope this review is taken constructively and used for improvement.

DDeshLocation is right off the highway so can be very convenient though the exit can be tricky depending on what side of the highway you are coming off of. Nothing spectacular about the neighborhood but the hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. Service at front is very good. No continental breakfast as advertised which was very disappointing. All and all decent spot.

SSHIHANThe hotel is located on the right side of the road opposite the University of Pittsburgh, close to pitt and cmu. Hotel facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is noisy, and overall it is OK.

GGuest UserThe television was super outdated. The remote control wouldn’t work majority of the time but somehow managed to not have enough security or confirmation that my baby touched a button & a movie was ordered.. mind you the remote didn’t even work to let me know it was “purchased” or rented let alone did it even play! The cleanliness could’ve been a tad better but for the price I guess it made sense. The soap is so cheap it dries you out. The shower curtain didn’t really keep all the water inside the tub/ shower area. The beds were decently comfortable. When checking out they gave me the cash back that paid it in except they took money from my cash deposit from the so called movie that was ordered instead of putting it on my card . And it was taxed $30 for a rented movie is absolutely ridiculous!

GGuest UserOverall this is a great hotel with budget price. Complimentary breakfast is average as we get same items like other hotels. Staff is good and helpful. Would recommend this if you have a budget below $100.

GgzvvloveThe public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.
