This newly renovated space has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a den all while keeping its old-world charm.Summerton, SC is centrally located to Santee, Sumpter, Florence, Columbia and Charleston, SC..Please note: this home is not ADA accessible as all bedrooms are on the second floor.Guest access:The house will be fully accessible to guests, but we can be available if needed. There are a few rooms on the first floor that are not available for guest use, however, there is plenty of space to accommodate a large group.Other things to note:Ubers/Lyfts may not be available in this area so it would be best to rent or have a car of your own to get around.
