Facilities: TV cannot cast screen! This is very unhappy, because I arrived in the afternoon and the plane the next day, I wanted to watch a TV, but there was nothing.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, the layout is good, and the bedding is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is very poor. All movements in the rooms above can be heard below. You can hear the chats in the next room clearly in the middle of the night. The sound of traffic passing by on the road can be heard. The sound insulation effect is very, very poor. I was woken up at night.

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

GGuest UserParking at night can be a bit challenging; we got lost using our navigation and had to call the front desk for directions. There are two washer-dryer combo units available. We checked in around 10 PM. The front desk staff (especially one young lady) could use more training; we requested laundry detergent at night and had to wait a long time for it. The family room was great, with a partition in the middle. Breakfast included fruit and beef noodles, which we unfortunately missed due to an early flight. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also provided. It's a convenient ten-minute drive from the airport, with many great food options nearby.

GGuest UserGood service attitude: The hotel staff are very kind, warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. Free room upgrade
Private car pick-up and drop-off from the airport: The driver is also very enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the private car is a bit shabby and it feels like it can drive people away.

XXiaozhangzhangdelaonianjiHaving stayed in so many hotels near airports, this one is definitely at the top. The location is close to the airport, and it is convenient to travel back and forth. The hotel environment is warm and the decoration style is very pleasing to the eye. The service is impeccable. The staff are very responsive and considerate, adding a lot of warmth to the tiring journey.

GGuest UserThe hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient. As soon as I landed, I made a phone call and someone from the hotel contacted me. There was someone waiting to pick me up at the airport. It was really convenient and highly recommended, and the service attitude was really good. Very patient. The room was also very nice. It's clean and the facilities are pretty good. You can see the scenery outside and airplanes from the windows, which is great.

GGuest UserThe second time I came to stay, it was still the same comfort, twice, the cheapest one booked more than 100 yuan, and the Xiangyang noodle room was very comfortable. There is a beef noodle around that is also very delicious. Song Man's skewers are really delicious. 😁

GGuest UserThere is a pick-up service. We contacted the hotel to pick you up after landing, but we waited for more than ten minutes on the roadside after leaving the passenger terminal before the driver came. The room was quite large and it was acceptable to stay one night near the airport.
