"Huge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou! Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much! The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable. All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy."

"The hotel has been open for less than two years, and the facilities and equipment are very new. It is also controlled by Xiaodu. The hotel will contact in advance whether airport pick-up is needed and arrange the pick-up in advance. After getting off the plane, a staff member will call to pick you up. A fruit plate was also delivered to the room. It was past 11 o'clock at night when I arrived at the hotel. I went to the restaurant for a midnight snack. There were many varieties, including fruits, porridge, drinks, and desserts. I had a bowl of handmade dumplings, which were very well made. The variety of midnight snacks was more than that of Yaduo. The service of the staff was very good throughout the whole process. I was very satisfied with the experience [strong]"

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The lobby is warm and stylish, the check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and supported, the sound insulation was great, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom water pressure is sufficient, the hot water is fast, and the supplies are complete. "The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles."

"This time I stayed at the Airport Flower Sea Hotel, and the overall experience was great! The room was carefully decorated, clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The facilities are complete, the high-speed and stable network, office and entertainment are smooth, the hotel service staff is warm and friendly, from the intimate guidance at check-in to the various needs during the stay, they are fast and efficient, making people feel warm. "The hotel is located in Lanzhou New District, very close to Zhongchuan Airport. There is a free airport shuttle, and you can just call the airport when you arrive. The hotel room is large, with separate dry and wet bathrooms. There are also some Lanzhou specialty restaurants and small shops nearby, which is suitable for overnight transfers. The disadvantage is that there is no front desk phone in the room. If you have any needs, you have to call by mobile phone or go downstairs by yourself. The air conditioning and heating in the room you ordered are not good. The weather is cold, and the room is large, so the temperature in the room is only about 0 degrees at night. The front desk came to check but the problem was not resolved, so they had no choice but to add a quilt, but the rest was generally OK."
