PPhilip BreitensteinGreat hotel that offers value for money. It is located only 100 meters from the main street and you can do a really nice walk in two hours to Tang'an that offers nice views over the rice paddies (just follow the main road and then the signs that clearly mark a path). The room is small and simple but offers everything and the hotel lobby has an exquisite view of the village. It also has a small rooftop with a few seats to watch the sun set. Overall a nice experience!

GGuest UserThe room was new and very clean. I looked at many guesthouses and finally booked this one with a bit of trepidation. When I arrived, I wasn't disappointed. You could see the rice paddies outside right from the room's glass window. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were very nice and polite. Every time we came back from going out, they'd proactively ask if we wanted anything to drink. They had Coke and Sprite for the kids, and coffee for the adults. It's located near the end of the village, not far from where the electric shuttle stops. The photos are actual pictures taken inside the room.

GGuest UserOutside the balcony, the roofs spread from near to far, like a winding river, endless. I always can't help but sit in a chair and stare for a while. I originally chose this homestay just because of the good view, but when I checked in, I found that it was actually very clean, the facilities were very smart and new, and the boss was also very nice. There would be a pick-up service, and he would ask us to eat with him when he was eating delicious corn. It felt like home. I stayed here for two days and had a very good experience. I didn't want to go back, hahaha, I will come again in the future! ~ I wish the boss a prosperous business, and friends who come here to play happy every day ~

__WeChat268472****The B&B is right by the river, making it easy to fall asleep in the quiet night! The room was also very clean and tidy. The owner was very kind and provided various travel guides. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and the main street is right across the Flower Bridge, making it very convenient to go out for dinner! In short, it is highly recommended.

WwoxiangchijiaoziA beautiful place overlooking the rice fields of Zhaoxing! Love the atmosphere and vibes of the place. The view from the room is so gorgeous and the room interior has lovely homely decor as well. The breakfast was simple and hearty. But above all, the owner and staff running the place were really kind and hospitable. The owner contacted me prior to my stay and showed me videos of the available rooms so I could choose which room I preferred. And knowing that I'm a lone girl travelling by myself and reaching the station at night, he kindly borrowed a car to drive me from the station to the hotel so that I wouldn't be left to my own devices in the dark and waived the transport fee for me too. I'm really so grateful for their hospitality!!

XXiaoamieyaEnvironment: Zhaoxing is now free of charge with ID cards from Guangdong Province. Take the high-speed rail to Congjiang Station, and there is a bus to Zhaoxing next to the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus to the B&B. The B&B is in Xiaoxing. On the mountainside, the scenery is really first-class.
Hygiene: It's very quiet. It's really comfortable to sleep. When I get up and open the curtains, I see the scenery of the village and feel that all my worries are thrown away.
Facilities: The hot and cold water in the room is powerful, the hot water comes quickly, and the air conditioner is also very powerful.
Service: Xiage recommended by the boss is well worth a visit.

The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings.
Service:
The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots.
Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks!

I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat.

MMonikaFantastic stay at Bula Lakeside Hotel! Clean room with amazing lake view at the beginning of Zhaoxing Dong village. Hot water and heating worked without any problems. WIFI also worked. I would like to thank the staff the most - the girl at the reception who we communicated with via WeChat and a translator. We are foreigners who don't speak Chinese and she didn't speak English, but we managed everything. Also the gentleman who came to the train station to pick us up to make our way to the hotel easier. We also appreciate his cooking skills as he prepared a perfect dinner for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back, we will stay here again. Thank you again for the nice time.

LLee6The host is very friendly. Any assistance on trips and places to visit just approach the host and she will be able to provide suggestion. The room is clean and I like the warm aircond during the winter hahaha it really keeps me warm. The view from the room is superb. A place to slow down in pace and enjoy the culture and lifestyle. Logistics to the inn is in ease with the host assistance. Thank you for having us.

The service is warm and thoughtful; the front desk processed check-in quickly, and the cleaning was very thorough. It offers great value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended.
