GGuest UserThe front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy, the heating was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and most importantly, they offered laundry services, which was very convenient for business travelers.

XXinniThe hotel is located in the center of Luanchuan County. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. There is also a market opposite. The fruit is fresh and the room is fully equipped. It is also equipped with disposable hand towels and paper cups. It is very careful. The front desk was also very enthusiastic, always followed our car to the underground parking lot, commanded to park the car and took us to the front desk to check in, recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located inside Kongtong Ancient Town, featuring a charming Chinese courtyard style, making it a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. Parking is convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. However, the bathroom is a bit too small with no separate wet and dry areas. The sink, toilet, and shower are all crammed together in a tiny space, and the sink, in particular, is inconveniently small. The hot water supply was also unstable. On the upside, the staff are warm and attentive.

The overall experience was very satisfactory. The whole family felt that it was excellent value for money. GGuest UserI took my parents out to play. The girl at the front desk was very considerate and arranged a quiet room on the first floor. I stayed there for several days. The waiter cleaned it every day. The extra mineral water was enough to drink. I didn’t have to spend money to buy water. It was a great stay. It is the hotel with the best service in Zhuanglang County. I will choose to stay here next time I come.
