The hotel service was excellent. The upstairs parking was full, so they let us park in the underground parking lot next to the hotel. When we came out, a lovely receptionist was waiting for us at the exit. The service was outstanding. We had originally booked a standard room, but seeing that we had a child with us, the receptionist upgraded us to a deluxe room upstairs for free. The room was large, quiet, and very clean. They even kindly recommended the nearby night market and food street, and there were places to eat breakfast downstairs, which was very convenient.
