The cleanliness of the public areas needs improvement. Environment: Waking up every day surrounded by mountains feels wonderful, like being in a fairyland. Because it's a mountainous area, various flying insects are present in the corridors and courtyards. Those who mind this should choose carefully. Service: The service is impeccable, very professional, and they handle problems promptly and effectively. Due to a system problem, our room booking wasn't updated in time, resulting in one room not being available. The manager quickly resolved the issue and made the necessary adjustments and compensation. Our trip wasn't affected at all. Thumbs up! For those driving, parking is available. Just be careful when driving on the mountain roads. It's very close to the entrance of the Nizhu River Grand Canyon, and there are shuttle buses to and from parking lots 1 and 2.
