A beautiful suite complex. Family, mental atmosphere. Perfectly clean, everything clean and comfortable. Any request is pleasantly recalled. Apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary. Feel like home! Very recommended for families! We're happy to return again! The staff is wonderful, kind, responsive, in two weeks of residence became us as native. I recently stayed at this resort and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are well designed, spacious and quite comfortable. One thing to note is that the property is large and there is a considerable walk from the main entrance to the rooms. They do provide a buggy service during the day though the exact start time is unclear. After around 7 PM the buggies don’t seem to operate. So you Will have to walk. Each room includes a cloth drying rack, which is really helpful for drying wet clothes after beach activities. While the resort isn't beach-facing and you can't see the beach from the rooms. It does have private beach access from another end of the property. We had a great time enjoying the beach and water. The breakfast spread was excellent but the coffee was underwhelming with a very watery consistency both the milk and decoction. Housekeeping was too good and hot water was available throughout our stay. One downside is that the restaurant prices are quite high. Thankfully, Swiggy and Zomato deliver to this area, so you have other options. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Good value for money. The grounds are cozy, within walking distance to the beach. The beach has white sand that crunches like snow when you walk on it. The hotel has a large shake with good sun loungers and delicious food. The room is large and spacious. Our mattress was soft. The sheets and towels are white, but a bit tired. Large beach towels are provided. We were satisfied with everything; if we ever return to Varca, we'll stay at this hotel.

Best location for city stay ,Food is excellent restaurant is well maintained.Room service is excellent .Response on request over phone is well handled

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

The hotel is at good place. Rooms and foods are fabulous. Service is excellent. Next time when i visit goa will definitely stay here only

Very nice old rustic charm , front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Nice quiet atmosphere and clean beach, good buffet breakfast with nice selection and service. Highly recommend! Raj

The resort is located in the serene surroundings of Colva, just about 1 km from the beach. The peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the highlight of our experience was the staff—they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Margao residency hotel is excellent with all facilities in the room, room rate is also economical. It is located in the centre of the city and is easily accessible to everywhere. Kinara restaurant of the hotel serves excellent food and beverage, restaurant manager and staff is very polite and well behaved. Will come back again to margao residency and also refer it to others.
