"Me and my wife stayed in this property from 24/26th June. We both had and amazing experience. Room, Service overall was top notch. Would like the highlight Mr Vincent Alfred - Sales Manager. He is the best manager I have ever met. Right from booking until every lil request that we made was taken care of by him. One night my wife needed Hot Water Bag that was not available in the hotel and I called him at 11.00 PM in the night and surprisingly he arranged the bag that late and got it delivered to our room. Really appreciate his service. Would highly recommend this property if anyone is looking for a good property in South Goa."

One night room service came at 9am and knocked on my door while I was sleeping and kept knocking to have my room cleaned which disrupted my sleep. Location is not the best as taxis are super expensive for Goa"

"Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel"
