"The pool was packed with children.
The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food.
The food was mediocre.
The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross.
Overall wouldn’t go back again:("

Great
LLina Student EspinosaExcellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.
DDaNice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.
BBran ValentinThe hotel is very basic and the room is a little small but breakfast is rich and very well varied. It is the first Ibis that has very good variety in breakfast, is very complete. The truth was taken out a 10 with breakfast
GGuest UserAt our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel),
We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back
GGuest UserThis hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch.
Two cottages to enjoy and a beautiful view, has balet parkin service, which for the cost of 100 seems excellent, considering that in high season there is a lot of demand in the service, which gives you a Watss app phone to request your car in time, that seems excellent because so program your exit in time, the only thing I disappointed was that there was a person from the ballet that asked for propine, I always used to walk a prop for the service provided, but I'm not glad they don't ask them, from there out all Excellent, the restaurant shoppers of Papagayo of it improve as service, something I didn't like is that they won't respect the room who pay, even when I arrived at 5 p.m. I paid for two rooms with sea view and I received two that were on the side of the hotel, when I took children I was very unpleasant not to have the sea view that was what I paid or they told me no longer The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
CCarmen Yesenia PerezThe hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
GGuest UserClean, beautiful, near the beach, good service, hot water bathroom and comfortable beds, a little hard cocktails, breakfast included my reservation wasn't so good, it's better to eat out if you want something special, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, but it is very comfortable and comfortable.
