The hotel looks old from the outside, but the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are good. The staff are helpful and provide good service. There's an elevator, parking, and food is available for purchase.

Comparing the price and quality in general, it’s considered as a very good place to stay. The facilities are old but clean. There are many kink spots. Amenities are set for a budget hotel, no bathrob and no room slippers, but microwave, dryer, electric stove, TV and internet are provided inside the room. Better bring your own shower cream and shampoo. It’s quiet and private, can be considered as a self-service hotel. The photo attached are the view from the room.

The room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient. The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market. There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead. Overall, I was not impressed.

This is a basic 3-star property that meets expectations for its category. The hotel is clean, functional, and suitable for short stays. It was booked for family members during a stressful period, and they were comfortable and satisfied with the stay, which is the most important thing. Facilities are simple but adequate, service was acceptable, and there were no major issues during the stay. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does what it is meant to do at a reasonable standard. A suitable option if you are looking for straightforward accommodation in Korat without high-end expectations.

Nice hotel in Korat. Big and clean room, complete of microwave, plates, cutler, glasses and cups! The bed was king size and comfy. Nice closet with big mirror. Also big toilet. Very cold air conditioner. In the room also many snacks and beverages available. The breakfast had many choices and the food was good. Nice and smiling staff. Actually I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Everything was good – the furniture, the view, the room. However, I wish the room smelled better; it had a musty odor. Plus, I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly because there was a lot of dust around. The first thing I saw when I entered was a cockroach, but the staff were very quick to fix it and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same musty smell, and I'm not sure why. The smell made it very difficult to sleep; if I hadn't been so tired from work, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.

“I found THAMM Residence to be disappointing when compared to other budget hotels in Korat. The TV didn’t function, and the bathroom showed signs of age with stains, particularly on the restroom mirror, sink, and toilet grout. The only redeeming qualities were the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The outside of the hotel look good, the cafe in front of is nice. The bedroom is big and the bed is huge and comfortable, but the bathroom is old fashion design and the light is too dim.

Good quiet hotel not far from the highway 304, at around 1 km from the highway 304.
