3-Star Hotels in Nakhon Ratchasima

The staff provided good service, parking was convenient, and the food was delicious. I stayed on the 6th and checked out on the 7th, but the room walls were thin. I could hear people snoring in the next room, people walking around, and doors opening all night. Even after checking into my room at 3 PM, I could still hear cleaning (in other rooms) and there was a cat meowing loudly all night (maybe they allow pets). Early in the morning, around 3 AM, when it should have been quiet, there was very loud music coming from outside the building, around the vicinity. I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it sounded like a speaker from a festival or a public address system. It was quite a bad experience.

The hotel looks old from the outside, but the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are good. The staff are helpful and provide good service. There's an elevator, parking, and food is available for purchase.

Good service, clean, in the city, convenient to travel, near Ya Mo Monument. Easy to find food to eat, safe, but no parking, must park on the roadside. The room smelled of water pipes. The bathroom, the shower area is small and cramped, inconvenient for showering. This should be fixed because the bathroom is appropriately wide.

This is a basic 3-star property that meets expectations for its category. The hotel is clean, functional, and suitable for short stays. It was booked for family members during a stressful period, and they were comfortable and satisfied with the stay, which is the most important thing. Facilities are simple but adequate, service was acceptable, and there were no major issues during the stay. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does what it is meant to do at a reasonable standard. A suitable option if you are looking for straightforward accommodation in Korat without high-end expectations.

The hotel was excellent value for money- Our room was clean and spacious with a very good selection of TV channels. A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Nice hotel in Korat. Big and clean room, complete of microwave, plates, cutler, glasses and cups! The bed was king size and comfy. Nice closet with big mirror. Also big toilet. Very cold air conditioner. In the room also many snacks and beverages available. The breakfast had many choices and the food was good. Nice and smiling staff. Actually I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

“I found THAMM Residence to be disappointing when compared to other budget hotels in Korat. The TV didn’t function, and the bathroom showed signs of age with stains, particularly on the restroom mirror, sink, and toilet grout. The only redeeming qualities were the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

I had an amazing experience during my stay in Korat at this charming hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were not only modern but also impeccably clean. It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of a 7-eleven, and to top it off, they have an adorable coffee shop that serves delicious food.
