I stayed in a raft room. It was very clean and modernly furnished, but had a few minor defects, like a broken curtain tie hook. It was also hard to find the light switch. Anyway, these are minor issues. The main problem was the balcony. It didn't have a partition between rooms, only a small pot of died bamboo. When people walked past my room through the balcony, we felt we had no privacy. We can see other people face when i sit at the balcony. Also, the balcony didn't have access to the river. Although there were steps leading down close to the river, they weren't low enough for my feet to touch the water, and there were no stairs down to the water. And for my porridge it was too salty, disappointing. About the staff try to do their best, but they still not professional. For example we saw the group before us they had had a welcome drink which we didn't.
