3-Star Hotels in Henrico County

Decent experience. Easy check in and check out. Stayed in an executive corner suit and was pleased for the most part. Was disappointed that there wasn't a tub but that was on my part. After farther research i realized that rooms with tubs are called tub suite. Wish i would have known that before booking but thats on me i guess.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service staff is kind and gentle, which makes me feel at home. I will choose to stay here next time, so I must give it a good review.

Set 4 rooms, Ctrip to book, and then order to the hotel, after several twists and turns, the name of the place is confusing, and the time to fill out the order is not the same, very affecting the occupancy experience

The hotel is very good, the room is big but not quiet, the service staff is friendly, and you feel at home. The breakfast is simple and filling. There is a steak house within a 15-minute walk. I didn't have time to go out, but the surrounding environment looks good.

Hotel was clean and in a great location next to shopping center and multiple places and restaurants to eat at. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel a bit dated. Been dealing with an issue receiving my deposit back due to a hold that is placed at check in on my card. Nice balconies available

Great location. Comfort room and nice bed. Staff very well coming and helpful. Near so many restaurants and shopping center. Strongly recommend Hilton garden Richmond.

Breakfast is more monotonous, no fruit, the rest is OK. Located on the edge of the main city, parking is convenient and the high speed is very close. The room is relatively large, consistent with the decoration of the holiday inn before this trip.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately a few little glitches with facility. The TV remote didn't have batteries, and we were grateful they brought them right away. However, the TV ended up not working, as they couldn't get signal. Even with staffer checking the system, we were unable to get any service. And, although they offer free coffee in the AM...they had no cups. We were told the cups were on order, and if we had our own cup, we could get coffee.

The front desk agent Working during the night couldn’t be any colder. The receptionist who took care of the checkout was even worst.
