We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.The living area includes a leather sofa and chair with a 43" Roku Smart TV, Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker, and a small kitchen table for 2. Enjoy this cozy and unique tiny house perched atop of Mad River Mountain Ski Resort! The tiny house provides a fun and peaceful getaway while still being 15 minutes away from downtown Bellefontaine.Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!The spaceThe Tiny House is your tiny getaway, with everything you need to be at home!There is a queen size bed in the loft only accessible by ladder.
