GGuest UserVery clean room! Pillows were uncomfortable but most hotel pillows are. We thought there was going to be reception because online says they do a manager's reception with snacks and food Monday though Wednesday. So you guys might want to update that. So we ended up going out for dinner then over to The Mark. The pool was very cloudy but still did the job of cooling us off. Staff was very nice as well.

GGuest UserWe booked a double queen suite with a sofa bed. When we check into our room we realize it's not a typical sofa bed. It's what is called a trundle twin size bed. I went down to the front desk to express my concerns with the twin trundle. They did offer to take some off the room and were very accommodating which was appreciated. Indoor pool is small and narrow but not a bad place to stay.

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express downtown Tulsa was an excellent location to stay for attending a concert at the BOK. About a 15 minute walk and they also had a small shuttle. We chose not to ride the shuttle back to the hotel because the line was too long. Our rooms were updated and very clean with ample towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a wide selection of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles and more. There was ample seating and everything was clean. The pool was very large and warm but no pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $19 for parking in the garage behind the hotel with easy access.

CCindyThe front desk staff was friendly. Kathleen was extremely helpful and nice. The maid service was perfect. My bed was very sift & comfortable. Room was clean and had all amenities. I never heard anyone coming or going. It was really nice experience. Only fault....the pool wasn't warm enough for me LOL

MmMaxiThe property is a little dated but it's clean and my room was spacious. The breakfast was good;...coffee was awful and one canister was cold. It's close to restaurants and not too far from The Gathering and downtown. It also has an airport shuttle.

GGregoryLove this Aloft for the location to the highway, great staff and even with the renovations they staff had the place looking great. That you allow pets and placed us on the first floor makes it easy to get our dog outside with riding elevators

GGuest UserService was so bad I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my key fixed that quit working every day, and just to find out they didn’t even know I was in my room so they booked others for the same room and they walked in while I was luckily there and didn’t get robbed.
