Best hotel!!
The surroundings are very quiet and the attitude of the employees is very good.
In particular, I really liked the behavior of both female and male staff to be responsible. I think it would be good to stay for a long time on my next business trip. I recommend it
Policy 1: I hope you never smoke indoors so that the walls of the building are beautiful white, so that they do not change color.
Proposition 2: I would like to place a small trash can next to the sink. If you have a small size to throw away the toothbrush set packaging or do it. It is inconvenient to use the trash can in the bathroom to throw away the trash.

TianshidebaozhenThe underground garage is very convenient, the hotel environment is superb, and all the services are great. Snacks are given to the children when checking in and out. The front desk service communication is patient and meticulous. It was a great stay!

This is a newly opened hotel with comprehensive facilities, and most importantly, it's incredibly clean and hygienic. We chose this place mainly because of its excellent location; it's not far from Qin Lake, Shang Lake, Kuncheng Lake, and Shajiabang. Plus, there's a Northern Garden Hotpot restaurant downstairs, which is very tasty and also recently opened.
We checked out in the morning, and while we were enjoying Shang Lake afterwards, we received a call from the front desk. They said we had left a face wash in the room. Honestly, we had intentionally left it because there wasn't much left, but the front desk thought we'd forgotten it and called to ask if we still needed it. This really shows how dedicated and responsible they are. After we got home, we realized our child's pillow was left in the restaurant during breakfast. We didn't have high hopes of finding it, but when we called to ask, the front desk immediately helped us search and quickly called back to say they found it, promising to mail it to us. These two incidents really highlight the professionalism and responsibility of both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff.
Changshu is a small city, and its attractions aren't particularly stunning. However, it was the warm and thoughtful service at this hotel that left us with such wonderful memories.

We drove all the way to the ferry terminal's truck parking lot and thought the navigation was wrong. But then, nestled between two large trucks, a tranquil, tree-lined ecological garden path appeared. Following this path, the quaint ferry restaurant and eLong Yitang emerged, sitting below the river embankment. Honestly, the exterior looked a bit worn and wasn't very inviting. However, once inside, the professional welcome and the distinctive scent of a high-end hotel immediately eased my worries. When the front desk attendant gave us a prime river-view room, all the frustration from the traffic jams on the highway during the holiday vanished. It turned out to be a very cost-effective trip. The lush riverside wetland park below the hotel and the nearby old ferry restaurant also added a lot to the experience.

First off, while it's called Wanda Plaza Atour, it's actually not near Wanda Plaza at all; it's several kilometers away. There's a Tianhong shopping mall nearby instead. When I took a taxi from the train station, the driver actually lectured me to get my facts straight, though I suspect he probably knew the situation and I'm not sure why he had that attitude. Also, when I booked, Trip.com upgraded my reservation for four rooms to allow early check-in at 10 AM, but when I arrived, none of the rooms were ready. I don't understand the point of making such promises.

The hotel is relatively close to the Shajiabang scenic area, and it only takes 30 minutes to walk there. The hotel environment is good, with a beautiful koi pond. It is also relatively clean. But the decoration should be relatively old. There is only one socket at the head of the bed, which is not convenient for two people to charge their phones. There is no multi-hole socket provided at the front desk. This is quite backward. The bathroom still has a bathtub shower. If you encounter an elderly person, climbing in and out, it feels unsafe.
The hotel has dinner, but many dishes are gone around 7 o'clock. Pay attention to less salt, and the dishes are still salty. The steamed white silk fish is very good, and my family praised it unanimously.
The hotel service is quite good. The earrings were left at the hotel. After calling, the front desk helped to express it.

ShouhunengshouhudeI was afraid that I couldn't get out of Suzhou during the Qingming Festival, so I came to Shanghu to see the peonies. I arrived at 9:30. The journey was smooth and the flow of people was moderate. However, there were too many people leaving the park after 12 o'clock. Many parking lots were full, and the roadside was full. I checked in in the afternoon. In the past, I stayed in Yucheng for its geographical location. To the right is Impression City, and to the left is the pedestrian street. After walking along the pedestrian street, you will reach the square tower (you can check in a few wood hydrangeas in the square tower garden during the Qingming Festival, which is very photogenic). This time I chose a room with a small study. I am satisfied with the layout. The hot water is large and the air conditioning is efficient. I was quite nervous about this after reading the reviews in advance. In Changshu, I always choose to eat after the rain. This time I searched for one 900 meters away. As a result, I accidentally discovered a newly built large commercial district in Qinhuxili. The layout is quite similar to the style of the Jinji Lake commercial district in Suzhou Industrial Park.

Awesome, super satisfied, the children are very happy to play, there are not many people here during the Spring Festival, very comfortable feeling, there are a lot of fun, there are places to set off fireworks ~~
For me, 2 points are not very satisfied.... The bed is too small.... Our 2 big and 2 small are really crowded (can't book a parent-child room) The second... The toilet is not smart. Winter is too sour and cool.
Will come again next year ~~~~~~

Anonymous UserThis is an old hotel that opened in the 1980s. It used to be a state-owned guesthouse (of course it was later restructured). It is located at the foot of Yushan Mountain, opposite the Tomb of Yanzi. It used to be high-end, but now it is not expensive. I tried it. The old decoration from more than ten years ago is a bit outdated, and the service and reception are a bit Buddhist, especially because the outdoor temperature is 25°+ at noon and the room is a bit stuffy with the sun shining from the west. I found that the air conditioner could not be used and thought it was broken. I contacted the hotel and they said that they had uniformly disabled air conditioning, saying that it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner in this season. They didn't even provide ventilation function. So I was stuffy in the room with my children for the whole afternoon, and it didn't get cooler until the sun went down in the evening. This is the first time I encountered a big hotel that does not allow guests to use air conditioning. There are also many damaged decorations or old facilities that have not been repaired. Even the towels are spread out and they continue to use them. It's really frugal. Maybe they lie down to save costs, or maybe it's because they mainly do business or group reception and don't pay much attention to personal user experience. There is a swimming pool and gym in the annex building, but you cannot enter directly by swiping the room card. Guests have to go to the front desk to exchange for a paper ticket before coming back. There were no towels or tea inside, so I had to run back to the room in despair to take a shower. The user experience is quite different from that of new hotels outside.
