已經住了美迪亞酒店很多次了，豪華大床房和行政大床房都住過，這次確實感到比較失望，除了前台工作人員服務非常好以外其他都很失望。 剛開業不久我就住過咱們家酒店，能感覺到服務用心，房間打掃也比較乾淨，停車也比較方便，我對咱們家一直評價都比較高，屬於我平常的首選。但是這次入住讓我很失望，首先是衞生問題，居然能夠在衞生間內發現煙頭，而且數量不少，明顯就是沒有打掃，前台工作人員處理問題比較到位，及時升房。 升房之後仍然有一些問題： 1. 衞生依舊較差，牀頭櫃有明顯灰塵，用紙擦過很黑，鞋櫃有臟污，而且明顯是什麼東西撒上去幹了之後的痕跡，完全沒擦過。 2. 房間在五點左右能明顯聽到二樓剁菜以及類似吸油煙機的聲音，噪音很大。 3. 餐廳工作人員服務態度差，一進屋就來一句：早餐券給我，橫的不行，我花錢多訂的早餐券還得跟你客客氣氣的嗎。 住酒店要的就是衞生服務，噪音的問題是換的房離二樓餐廳廚房比較近，屬於硬性問題，可以理解，但是衞生和餐廳服務現在變的這麼差，我覺得咱們確實應該好好加強員工培訓了。

The front desk has worked hard with customers checking in and asking all kinds of questions. Then our room is next to the linen room. Not to mention the customers in the corridor who got up early and shouted that day, the hotel staff in the linen room next door shouted at the door of the linen room, which is outside our room, for the whole morning. I have no objection if you go into the room to work. The sound insulation is not good. I really didn't get enough rest. The service awareness needs to be improved!
