SSalty TearsIt was top notch, even tho the staff knew little bit of English but were in China so that’s not important, they did an amazing work to getting me checked in to showing me a map of where to go on the Mount Hua for the fastest route and the fastest back to catch my train later. They even offered to take me to the train station!

Zzyh0701The hotel boasts a prime location, approximately 3 kilometers by car from the Huashan Visitor Center. Upon returning from the hike, the hotel lobby was exquisitely elegant, the aroma of hot coffee and milk comforting, and the service was attentive and efficient! Entering the room, even the standard room was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy! The intelligent voice control and robot service system instantly relieved our fatigue! The bedroom, shower, and toilet all featured separate wet and dry areas, and the hairdryer was well-designed with a fast, stable, and comfortable airflow! The breakfast was particularly noteworthy and a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of nutritious options; the oatmeal alone was of five-star chef quality! I drank three bowls in one go! My family felt energized after breakfast… This was the most tiring stop on our trip, but also the best and most satisfying! Hope Orange keeps up the good work!

IIrenaI would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

1. New hotel and it is very clean.
2. Free train station transfer and free transfer to Huashan scenic area. Just notify the hotel earlier and they will send driver to fetch you from the station or send you to the station. Driver was very pleasant and helpful.
3. Washing machines and dryers which is comes in handy to use.
4. Front office Ms Yang Yang is absolutely helpful and do whatever she can to assist hotel guest. She really makes hotel guest contented.
Negative points:
1. Far from restaurants and shops.There's only one restaurant and one mini market next to the hotel.

The location is superb, right near the visitor center, and they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and the scenic area, which makes getting around so easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart home system along with the underfloor heating made it very comfortable. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive. They also provide free parking, laundry, and a gym, making the amenities quite comprehensive. Overall, it's great value for money. Staying here for a Mount Hua climb truly enhances the experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Hua!

LLingsuoThe hotel is conveniently located near the Xiyue Temple. The rooms are excellent, and the courtyard design is quite unique. The owner is incredibly kind! They provide pick-up from the station, drop-off at the Huashan Visitor Center, and even thoughtfully provide hiking gloves – a complete service. You can choose this hotel without hesitation!

ZZhongguorenThis is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it.
I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time.
One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

Staff don't speak English, use e.g.Alipay translate. Friendly helpful efficient staff will help book tickets etc.. Free transfer to/from rail station in hotel car (including Huashan north, I think airport too) .
Hotel is 100 metres from soldier path up HuaShan, walk to fascinating Jade Spring Buddhist Temple (free) at base.
Interesting visit to contrasting Buddhist temple near Hua Shan north (bei) station ( free for 48h with Hua Shan scenic area ticket. Recommend visit both temples(visitors & donations welcome), relaxing & calm.

AAnonymous UserI specifically came to Mount Hua for a trip and booked this hotel online. It's right next to the Mount Hua Tourist Center, which is super convenient for getting to the scenic area. I booked a king-size room online, and the hotel upgraded me to an incredibly spacious room. It felt a bit too big for just one person, almost empty, but it was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserRecommend this hotel for Huashan tourism! The price is 50 yuan more expensive than those famous hotels, but it is a four-star hotel, which is very cost-effective. Although I booked only one pick-up, the hotel still sent me three times, one high-speed rail pick-up, one high-speed rail drop-off, and one drop-off to Mount Huashan. The driver was very enthusiastic, the front desk clerk was also very considerate, the hotel was large and the hygiene was quite good. The cleaning lady saw our clothes hanging on the windowsill and took the initiative to plug in the power cord for the room and turn on the air conditioner so that the clothes dried quickly. recommend
