4-Star Hotels in Yinchuan

This boutique hotel has a limited number of rooms, and it generally lives up to its upscale positioning. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many guests. We were able to book dinner a day in advance. We arrived quite late on the first day, but the butler stayed in constant communication about our itinerary and coordinated our meal times, which was very considerate. I found the food to be delicious, so if you don't have other great dining options, eating at the hotel is a good choice. Due to the season, we couldn't see a lush green vineyard, but the greenery in the hotel's inner courtyard was still beautiful to look at.

Very nice of the front receptionists who helped me for check-in. They also give me a free upgrade for the room from Business Queen Room to Executive Queen Room. The room is clean - dust free, water pressure is great for cold n hot water. The mini fridge is also good. The buttons and hair dryer in the room are all in working condition. The handwash, shampoo, body wash smells great! Many local food are around this location. It’s a great stay at Crystal Orange Hotel 👍

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. Seeing that I had a child with me, they proactively provided a children's toothbrush and slippers during check-in. However, when we entered the room after getting the key card, there was a bag of trash behind the door that hadn't been cleared, and the liquid from the trash had already stuck to the tiles. We had to call housekeeping to clean it up. The room was otherwise quiet, and we got a good rest. We were so tired from the previous two days of sightseeing that we woke up late. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:40 AM, there was nothing left. The cooking utensils were still there, and a chef was present, so I, being very hungry, asked if he could make two bowls of noodles for us, but he flat-out refused.

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Before I went, I looked at the pictures very beautiful. Because of temporary overtime, it was dark at the hotel and missed the sunset, but I was shocked by the warm lights and stars of the hotel. It was really like a fairy tale cabin! ! The toiletries in the room also smelled good lavender! Although I can’t pick grapes in winter, there is no bonfire. The weather is a bit cold, but it’s worthwhile to see this beautiful starry sky. I also met our Dali fellow sister here. It’s really not easy to meet fellows in Yinchuan. I hope I have the opportunity to find you again in the future! My friend also gave a ”northwest is much more fun than the northeast” evaluation. Overall, the experience is very good. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hot red wine is very delicious. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. I look forward to picking grapes in summer and autumn! !

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants nearby and the rooms are clean. When booking, we selected a lake view room, but it was not available. They said I was upgraded to a bigger room, but if I didn't have this view, I would probably consider another hotel. In addition, when checking in, the air conditioning of the entire hotel had problems. The waiter could only provide fans for cooling. When the temperature in the room reached 2***, the hotel's hardware level should be upgraded.

The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the cleaning lady has a good service attitude, and it is located in the center of Yinchuan, so it is very convenient to go shopping... Recommended to stay!
