Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

This hotel is in the Gulou area, which is bustling and has a large supermarket nearby. The hotel facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent; even though my room faced the street, it wasn't noisy once the window was closed. The staff, especially Xiao Li with glasses, was very welcoming and helpful. The 'Forest Oxygen Bar' room was great to stay in. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. Seeing that I had a child with me, they proactively provided a children's toothbrush and slippers during check-in. However, when we entered the room after getting the key card, there was a bag of trash behind the door that hadn't been cleared, and the liquid from the trash had already stuck to the tiles. We had to call housekeeping to clean it up. The room was otherwise quiet, and we got a good rest. We were so tired from the previous two days of sightseeing that we woke up late. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:40 AM, there was nothing left. The cooking utensils were still there, and a chef was present, so I, being very hungry, asked if he could make two bowls of noodles for us, but he flat-out refused.

I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective. The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. The price is still very high, the experience is great

The breakfast is also nice, wide selection of local and international food. You cannot make a wrong choice to stay there. Only small suggestions: No hanger in the bathroom for the towels The lights next to the bed are too bright cannot turn them off during night time. The room was okay. I booked a king-size bed room and requested non-smoking. When I arrived, they offered to upgrade me to a standard room, saying the king-size room was smaller. I asked to see it, and was immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, so I accepted the upgrade. However, the service wasn't great. I locked my room card inside the room and couldn't find any staff on my floor, so I had to go down to the front desk on the first floor. A tour group had just arrived, and I patiently waited on the side for a long time, but the front desk completely ignored me. After almost everyone from the tour group had gotten their room cards, I finally spoke to them. They then pointed to a passing staff member and told me to talk to her. That person walked off quickly, making me rush awkwardly to catch up and call her, only for her to tell me to go back to the front desk. I went to the front desk, and they told me to find a service staff member. This run-around was truly frustrating. Finally, I raised my voice out of anger, and someone politely told me that they had already notified a service staff member and to wait on my floor. But how was I supposed to get up without my room card? Eventually, a cleaning lady helped me swipe the elevator card. When I got to my floor, there was still no service staff. I waited for 7-8 minutes before someone finally arrived. In short, the service was really just average. Other than that, it's pretty much standard budget hotel facilities. The only good thing is its proximity to the train station, which is convenient if you have an early morning train; it's a 10-minute walk.
