The hotel is located in Yinchuan Cultural City. There is a bus stop on the roadside, which is convenient for getting to Yinchuan Railway Station. It only costs one yuan to get on the bus within the city, and it is only one yuan for any seat. It is very convenient to go to Yuhuang Tower and Drum Tower in the ancient city area to eat mutton soup, shabu-shabu mutton hotpot and Hui food. Worth staying again."

"The soundproofing was absolutely terrible! I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, but they gave me the second room right next to it! I arrived quite late, past 11 PM. The male receptionist had a really bad attitude. Because I needed a scale, which the hotel didn't provide, I ordered takeout. That same male receptionist delivered it, and his service was awful! The next night, a group of people, probably from some company team-building event, checked in. They kept coming and going around my room, talking. I barely slept a wink. I don't understand the hotel staff who assigned rooms. If they knew I had such poor sleep quality and had requested a quiet room, they should have avoided assigning that group to the same floor! The entire check-in process was completely devoid of service! It was truly awful!"

Every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft, skin-friendly, dry, and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The biggest bonus was the attention to detail, with thoughtful amenities like disinfectant wipes and '安心水杯' (safe drinking cups), making a solo stay feel especially secure. The soundproofing in the room was superb; it was quiet at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day. All smart devices in the room were simple and convenient to operate, making managing things during a solo stay easy and hassle-free. The hotel facilities are also very complete. There's a tranquil 'Zhuju' (Bamboo Dwelling) book bar where I could quietly read and relax in my free time. The breakfast selection was rich, and the freshly cooked beef noodles were authentic, nutritious, and filling enough to kickstart a vibrant day. The location is very convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi or commute for business, perfectly suiting a business travel rhythm. Throughout my stay, there were no complicated procedures, just perfectly timed thoughtful service and a clean, comfortable environment. As a woman who frequently travels alone for business, I highly value safety and comfort, and this Atour perfectly met all my needs. The value for money is exceptional, and the experience was five-star. I will prioritize this hotel for future business trips!"

The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. The lobby is elegant and the whole hotel is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. Getting around and finding places to eat was easy, and the stay was really comfortable. Highly recommend, five stars!"

"I have reported the problem to the front desk, but there is no feedback. The arranged room is next to the distribution box. It is not obvious during the day. At night, I can hear buzzing in the closet next to the bed. I went back late at night. We wanted to have a good rest, but there was a buzz all night. The children were tired from playing and fell asleep soundly. My husband and I didn't have the nerve to ask the front desk to change rooms. I reported the problem during the day. I said that a hotel that has been open for 10 years assigned the problematic room to the guest. The front desk also told me that we did not know about this problem in the first place and we did not go up. They also said that the room was out of service and would be repaired immediately. I admire it. This kind of righteousness is none of my business what you tell me about your repairs. I don’t even want to talk about the poor hygiene of the bathtub. I just didn’t take some photos to prove it. This is how Yinchuan five-star hotels provide service. I feel angry just thinking about it!"

The nightlight in one of the rooms was broken, and when the main ceiling light was turned off, everything went dark, which was inconvenient for getting up at night. The laundry room being a paid service feels a bit outdated. The buffet breakfast selection was decent, and I was pleasantly surprised that the grapes weren't sour at all – I wonder if they were locally grown."

"I was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere. Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues. While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!) Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!"

"The receptionist asked if 8440 was okay. I didn't think much of it, assuming they wouldn't deliberately give me such a bad room. I really regret not emphasizing that I needed a quiet room away from the road. I hadn't slept well for two days after trekking in Tengger Desert, and I wanted a nice hotel to freshen up and get a good night's sleep. But this guy gave me a room right next to the road with absolutely no soundproofing. Even at midnight, there were people making noise downstairs. With so many empty rooms, I can't understand why they gave me one like this. I booked a room without a window, but I didn't notice, and then I paid an extra 30 to upgrade to a premium double room. I saw in the reviews that rooms at this price usually have normal windows. I don't know why mine is like this. Was it intentional because I'm a girl? Although the room facilities were okay, not being able to get a good night's sleep was really frustrating. If you're considering booking this hotel, avoid this room immediately! I need to change rooms immediately. This one is separated from the one across the hall by a partition wall, offering absolutely no soundproofing. I can hear the other guest talking normally and calling out to their smart speaker perfectly clearly. Plus, there's a man smoking in the other room, and the smoke wafts over – it's unbearable! It's incredibly uncomfortable. I'm exhausted and sleepy, and I've already showered; I don't have the energy to bother changing rooms anymore. I can only give a bad review to make myself feel better. By the way, the Tengger Desert trekking experience was absolutely fantastic!"
