"An easy 10 out of 10 — 5 stars and then some. The photos will show you why, but the staff truly made it special. They helped us through a long, frustrating process with the car rental company. The reception girls were the sweetest — nothing was too much trouble. Spacious parking, gorgeous room views, and a perfect breakfast with freshly made lamian (pity can’t upload videos here ) And the housekeepers? Always the unsung, diligent heroes of any hotel — here , as always in China- they were super friendly and engaging. Just a wonderful stay through and through.
