This stay at the newly upgraded Atour 3.6 was a fantastic experience, definitely five stars! The hotel's overall design is sleek and sophisticated. The lobby's Bamboo House is quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxing with a book, and the ambiance is incredibly soothing. The guest rooms are spacious and well-arranged, and the whole room was meticulously cleaned – not a trace of unpleasant odors. Atour's custom deep-sleep mattress is just the right firmness, and with the blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly after a long day of business travel. The room details are very well thought out: a separate wet and dry bathroom, human-centric storage design, and a desk equipped with an eye-care lamp and multiple outlets, making it very convenient for work. Plus, all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and there's even a comforting late-night congee service every evening. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fully equipped with washing, drying, and care facilities, which is particularly great for business travelers. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. I'll definitely prioritize this Atour for future business trips. Highly recommended!

The room was quite spacious and clean, perfect for a family trip. My husband really enjoyed the lamb offal noodles for breakfast. The laundry room was also very convenient. The staff had a great service attitude. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station, not far to walk, and a taxi ride is also very cheap. It would be even more perfect if the quality and details of toiletries like toothbrushes were improved. Full marks, full marks!

I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. First of all, it was convenient to get around, not far from Yinchuan Station, and the Ningxia scenic area shuttle bus departs from the nearby West Bus Station. Secondly, it was convenient to eat, with many restaurants nearby, especially a buffet restaurant that was cheap and had a wide variety of dishes. I had breakfast and dinner there for all three days. The hotel facilities were complete and clean. The only drawback was that the bathroom was a little small.

The room was okay. I booked a king-size bed room and requested non-smoking. When I arrived, they offered to upgrade me to a standard room, saying the king-size room was smaller. I asked to see it, and was immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, so I accepted the upgrade. However, the service wasn't great. I locked my room card inside the room and couldn't find any staff on my floor, so I had to go down to the front desk on the first floor. A tour group had just arrived, and I patiently waited on the side for a long time, but the front desk completely ignored me. After almost everyone from the tour group had gotten their room cards, I finally spoke to them. They then pointed to a passing staff member and told me to talk to her. That person walked off quickly, making me rush awkwardly to catch up and call her, only for her to tell me to go back to the front desk. I went to the front desk, and they told me to find a service staff member. This run-around was truly frustrating. Finally, I raised my voice out of anger, and someone politely told me that they had already notified a service staff member and to wait on my floor. But how was I supposed to get up without my room card? Eventually, a cleaning lady helped me swipe the elevator card. When I got to my floor, there was still no service staff. I waited for 7-8 minutes before someone finally arrived. In short, the service was really just average. Other than that, it's pretty much standard budget hotel facilities. The only good thing is its proximity to the train station, which is convenient if you have an early morning train; it's a 10-minute walk.

The ambiance, service, and cleanliness of the All Seasons Hotel were impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the subtle tea aroma and minimalist design. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. I'd definitely stay here again!
