剛進去服務員接待挺好，我問了一下房間有沒有冰鎮的水，説沒有，我看前台有冰箱，但是前台員工也沒有主動説給拿個冰鎮的。房間挺不好找，錯層的，第一次沒找到，在後麪的樓，但是前面的樓的電梯上去也沒有指示牌，衹有前台在登記的時候説了一下上去右邊走，但其實要往右邊走到頭。房間內地毯有很多渣渣，瓜子皮，還有不知道哪來的羽毛絮絮，找拖鞋的時候光腳被瓜子皮扎到。杯子很臟，裏面都是白毛毛，準備放衣服到衣櫃，結果拿下來黑褲子變灰了，一摸一層灰。洗手間沒有獨立的洗浴拖鞋，要麼光腳洗，要麼把一次性的就洗濕了，真的很難受，空調沒有用，進去的時候是26度，開了冷風能感覺到吹的風有點點是涼的，但是房間温度沒有下降，晚上很熱，早上起來出的一身汗，被子建議該換薄的了。

本次出遊正趕上春節，服務態度好，免費升艙。衞生好 服務好，就是春節期間餐廳沒有供應。早餐提供了盒餐。春節也可以理解。
