The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in.
When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code.
The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries.
I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. Well done and thank you for your excellent service!

Guest UserI highly recommend the Anmo Hotel Helanshan! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Helan Mountain, offering spectacular natural scenery, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; traveling with a child, they thoughtfully upgraded our room. And because my little one wasn't feeling well, they even allowed a late checkout, which was a wonderfully thoughtful detail. The room was comfortable, and the environment was tranquil – a perfect score! There aren't many dining options nearby, but we ate twice at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious both times.

Near airport/train station and the hotel provides transportation via shuttle. Good facility and environment. Near a small town where you can find some good restaurants for local taste. You can also enjoy a good view of Yellow River if you catch a sunset.

Room interior is pretty nice but due to how the hotel is built all rooms are first or second floor so not much of a view. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms ive been to.

Guest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. Because I was traveling with my baby, there were many issues to consider. I contacted the hotel in advance, and Xu Yue, the assistant manager of the lobby, helped to coordinate and solve them. The room was upgraded. I checked in late on the day, so they prepared snacks and fruits for me. I was worried about the child's nap, and the late check-out was also solved. It was a very pleasant trip to Ningxia.

Guest UserThe hotel has a great location, offering convenient access for both business travelers and tourists.
It's a newly opened hotel with modern facilities, and the overall environment is very clean and bright. While there was a slight smell of renovation in the hallways due to their well-sealed layout, the smell had largely dissipated in the rooms, making this one of the better stays.
The staff were all very helpful. The housekeeping lady even folded towels into a decorative shape on my first day. The front desk staff were also very kind and responsive, always ready to assist me. Thank you to our service manager, Cai Cai, and her colleagues!
Additionally, I suspect a large proportion of the hotel guests are male smokers working in construction. I hope the management can allocate a few non-smoking rooms to accommodate female guests who dislike secondhand smoke.

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Yinchuan. Everything in the new hotel is very new. You can see that the decoration and equipment are also carefully designed, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes, electric toilets, humidifiers, etc. The room is quite large and has a balcony. The environment is also very clean, minimalist style, the service attitude is also very good, and the front desk lady is great~
The disadvantage is that the location is a bit remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and you have to drive there, so it is recommended to pack breakfast. But it is still very close to the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleum, so it is recommended to check in there. Then after checking in to the new hotel, it is still recommended to open the window for ventilation.

The hotel's location and environment are excellent; it's the best lakeside hotel in Yinchuan. The hotel is grand and imposing. The only drawback is that the facilities are somewhat old, and the lake water is overgrown with weeds and murky, clearly indicating neglect in cleaning and maintenance. Also, having traveled to many cities, this is the only hotel where breakfast closes after 9 AM. Because I had a cold and felt aches all over this morning, I went down to get breakfast at 9 AM, only to find it closed. This was a truly embarrassing experience.

Guest UserMy partner and I came to Yinchuan for the weekend. We booked the hotel on a whim, and it turned out to be the highlight of the entire trip. The room had a warm color scheme and layered lighting, unlike some hotels that are just stark white. In the afternoon, we snuggled up on the sofa by the window, basking in the sun and daydreaming, neither of us saying a word, but it felt incredibly comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, ordering a plate of hand-pulled lamb and a cold salad with wild onions. The lamb was tender and not ***** at all, and the wild onions were crisp and refreshing—even more authentic than what you'd find at trendy restaurants. After dinner, we took a walk hand-in-hand around the hotel. The evening breeze was gentle, and the streetlights cast a warm glow. There weren't any special plans, but every moment felt blissful.

This hotel was a bit unexpected. I originally wanted to visit attractions in Xixia District, so I searched for a hotel with good reviews. It turned out to be in a tourist attraction, which was amazing. The hotel has an annex and a main building. Try to stay in the main building. The overall facilities of the annex are the same as those of a hospital ward. I asked the staff and they said it was a nursing home before. It feels a bit scary. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't care.
The facilities in the main building of the hotel are much newer, and breakfast and hot springs are also convenient. However, the hot springs are really mediocre, especially the shower area, which has a smell. Maybe it's because of the May Day holiday.
The attractions are quite novel, and I saw the most people during the May Day holiday. The quality of various performances is very high, and the NPCs are very dedicated and professional, and their appearance is also online. I watched the Helan Festival and the big circus, and the price-performance ratio is not bad.
The service is generally good, whether it is the restaurant or the guest room, the service awareness is not bad.
