The hotel is new, with facilities from top-tier brands.
It's clean and the towels are soft.
The location is very close to the Drum Tower, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby.
The service is very warm and welcoming. From the parking attendant to the young man greeting guests, everyone is proactive and responsive. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room. Xiao Tian at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast included fresh goji berries, which was a nice touch.
I suggest separating smoking and non-smoking floors in the future, and the restaurant should be non-smoking.

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

TTraveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks.
A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

XXuanyuanyufengThis is a great hotel. It's clean, well-equipped, and everything feels new. The service is excellent, and the location is fantastic, right across from Yinchuan High-Speed Railway Station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yinchuan.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnne DavidsonWe recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.
Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to:
· The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance.
· The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean.
· The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile.
Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

FFeli pianoI booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, which truly matches the hardware of StarWorld, especially the warm hospitality of the staff, which makes us feel warm and comfortable. Our family felt very comfortable staying here. The hotel is very cost-effective. The front desk staff Wang Yanping is very good. Not only does she speak sweetly, but she also warms (my) heart with her heart and details, which left a deep impression on me. Thank you very much!
