服務比一般老牌五星酒店差很多，。不提供充起電器.衞生情況一般。在攜程上公佈的酒店設施與實際不符合。

第一天空調不冷 ，第二天維修後不行，給換了房。兩間房都這樣情況。前台服務不錯，早餐樣式一般，不太多。周邊出行算是方便的
