前台 沙小英和前台經理 王永勝耐心細緻，説話輕聲細語，還半開玩笑的説叫她沙漂亮就行，説説環境，很乾凈，隔音效果很好，安靜舒適，早上服務員不會打擾到休息，早餐豐富，味道很不錯，五一人那麼多，每樣食品都能及時補充，很棒

帶小孩讓多送幾瓶凈水還要收費（收費就收費，説話感覺和佔便宜一樣），現場送水的到門口讓掃二維碼付款，續住不放新拖鞋，衞生間異味很重，四星酒店就這樣？很糟糕的入住體驗，個人感覺不會再來第二次。果斷退房換酒店！！！

衞生：裝飾簡潔，乾淨，沒有什麼味道，也比較安靜。
環境：酒店自帶的餐廳味道很不錯，價格也不貴，樓下吃飯的地方不太多，定外賣還是很方便的。
