The quality control of Manxin Hotel is still trustworthy, the lighting and bedding of the room are good, and it is also equipped with a humidifier. The hotel has a separate parking lot, a laundry room, and a gym to meet most of the needs of travel.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan.

I took my kids back to my hometown and passed by. I specifically found a new hotel. I have stayed in Orange hotels in other cities before and had a good impression of Orange hotels. As expected, I was not disappointed. I arrived at 8 or 9 in the evening. There are many foods near the hotel. The hotel staff sent fruits, slippers and toothbrushes for the children. It was super thoughtful. I asked about the breakfast time the next day the night before and sent breakfast to the room. This is the first time I have seen breakfast delivered to the room in all these years. It is very rich and delicious. Hot mineral water was also sent when checking out. I really recommend that you can stay there when you need it ❤️

The B&B has a natural, rustic feel, and the facilities are excellent. The shower, for example, was the best I experienced on this trip – a huge plus! Just be aware that there might be a few more bugs if you stay on the ground floor. Overall, the environment is lovely and the service is great!

Location YYDS, no obstruction around, exclusive of this large area, behind is Helan Mountain, every day to get up and open the curtains, invincible! The whole winery is a wild luxury ceiling with first-class facilities, but it is low-key to the moisturizing and silent. The water wash of Palma, the Gessi bathroom, the whole feeling of being care, all the troubles have disappeared. In the evening, you can also light a brazier in the courtyard, sit next to listen to the sound of wood burning, and have a chat with friends, too pleasant. The Wenzhou characteristics of the restaurant did not step on thunder, and Yinchuan's special hand-grabbing meat was more delicious than what we ate in the city! I highly recommend everyone to try it~ There are 7 rooms, and the public area will enjoy the whole manor after the wine tasting is closed at night ～ The service is also soft and gentle, and the sense of proportion is very strong. Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

The room was fantastic, spotless and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and convenient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were complete, and the price was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Five-star review! The Novotel hotel facilities are very new, and the humidifier in the room was a thoughtful touch, especially considering the dry weather in Yinchuan. The cleaning was meticulous, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast included local lamb offal and hand-pulled noodles, both authentically flavorful. The front desk service was efficient, parking was free, and it was convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, a fantastic stay, I'll definitely stay here again.
