GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Yinchuan. It was excellent. There was free coffee in the lobby, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked in, which was very thoughtful. The room was also very spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel during my business trip, and I would definitely choose it again next time.

GGuest UserThe Xiatong Hotel is nice, the manager is good. Requirements are met and implemented, service is good. Breakfast is so-so. Yesterday's breakfast was okay, but the staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and have smart technology. Worth staying at.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserThis accommodation was fantastic! Located next to the Drum Tower, it was easy to find and convenient to get around. The hostel itself was great; the bathrooms were all individual cubicles, and the beds were decent—unlike some of the other hostels I stayed in before that creaked at night. There were also individual lockers where you could lock away anything you didn't need. I stayed here for over five days during my trip to Yinchuan, and it was excellent!

The hotel is large, has many rooms, and is actually full. Business is very good. This is inseparable from the hotel's location, service and price!
The location is perfect: the hotel is located in the city center, 600 to 700 meters away from Wanda Plaza. There is a fruit supermarket next to it. The ”Yisheng Shou” where you can eat hand-made sheep is only 100 meters away... In short, it is very convenient to eat and order takeout.
Attentive service: Call the front desk and the problem can be solved immediately. The room cleaning staff cleaned up the leftovers from our morning meal as soon as they arrived at work at 8:30 in the morning.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had a great ambiance. However, we went down around 9 AM, and many items were already empty. They weren't refilled promptly even after waiting a while. The noodle toppings were very limited, only plain broth, which was too simplistic. Overall, the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and there wasn't anything that particularly stood out in terms of taste. The experience was just average.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.
